Photo Booth Selfie Family Size Toy

Fun, Fun, Fun!!!! I had to comeback and update this review. Since we've had this product our party popularity has grown! One of our parties we where using the tablet to play music from so we weren't going to use the Selfie Booth. The Booth stays set up in the basement we her most of our parties are I kept seeing people go in and out out and in. Finally one of the guest said "why this not open?" Then others followed suit. So.. We decided to use some CDs instead of streaming Rhapsody. This Booth is the hit of the party! Oh did I mention ( Adult Party's!!). If you find a place where the lighting works well you will Love this product. Our lighting was horrible we kept getting the what I call green static so what we did was used one of those utility hang light holders, put a 60watt curly bulb in it and hung it in the front right corner of the booth. Works like a charm!!

I thought this would be fun for our wedding... I was wrong. First, the app is terrible even when it's not crashing every 5 minutes; the green screen only works in perfect lighting conditions, and even then is spotty at best.While it was easy to set up, the other major disappointment is you cannot print from the app, which is pretty weird considering it says "PRINT" on the outside of the booth. Another issue is the entry to the booth is made for very short people, or children, I'm talking 5ft or less, or you have to maneuver yourself through a very small opening.For $60, I expected something a bit more quality; my ipad actually fell out the included holder and cracked the bottom part of the screen. All in all, it was cumbersome, and a basically a very cheap fabric box.After having to use another photobooth app, breaking my ipad, and buying a Polaroid printer, I should have just hired someone.

Used this for a family party and everyone loved it! It came with a stand for the device, the app is convenient and cute (though the process to save the pictures is a little long and complicated), and the props were cute. An issue we came across was the green screen -- when multiple people were in the booth the green screen could not be used due to the images that come up would cover half of the people, however a single person can rock the green screen. Another issue (which is a common sense thing) is that the booth needs to be put somewhere that a lot of light can enter at night, it gets too dark in the booth for pictures and we had to use a flashlight for extra light and the app doesn't provide frontward flash (anyone familiar with Snapchat knows what that is). Overall, this was a good investment, so inexpensive and it will be used again -- I already have people asking if they can borrow it for heir events.

This was a neat idea however poorly executed. The booth itself is easy to put together and large enough for 3 to 4 adults to fit inside, but the opening is low so you have to kneel to get inside the booth. The application that works with the booth is less impressive. It works, however you have to have perfect lighting for it to work and in most cases you won't be able to see the backgrounds it projects.

The selfie booth was super easy to set-up. The idea is also great, however the outcome not so much. The lighting has to be just right, or the green screen doesn't work well with the app, and you end up getting a lot of green blobs in the picture. I got this for a cousin get together I had, me and a bunch of 21-30year olds. The booth itself was tiny for us adults, so would be much better suited for kids. Fun for a good price.

This was a great addition to a retreat I hosted. If you put 2 chairs of small stools inside the booth it will line up perfectly with the green screen every time. There are several themes to choose from for the background so you can creatively do them for children's parties, fantasy parties, and so much more. I purchased extra props to go along with the props that are included (get extra prop sticks...there are more props than sticks in the selfie booth package), and everyone enjoyed taking several pictures and using the props with them. If the booth is too small, I recommend using just the green screen part by cutting the material and tacking it up on a wall and propping up your phone or tablet and taking the photos that way.

Couldn't get the app to work after finally getting the thing put together. Wasn't able to use it for my granddaughter's birthday party. Had a death in the immediate family the next day and had to go out of town for a few weeks. By the time I got back, it was too late to return it. So I'm stuck with a $60 useless piece of junk.

Wow! Really nervous after reading some of the other reviews but SO glad I bought this! It's a blast. Was really surprised at how many backgrounds came with it. Super easy to setup and use. You just really need to have it set up in a place where you get a lot of light, at first it was frustrating.Plenty of room for a couple of adults or several kids. My family of 4 has been in this together many times. My 6 year old LOVES it and already has dozens of pictures saved to my phone. When I use it this weekend for my party I'm going to attach my iPad to make it a little easier. Would totally buy this again!
