I bought this for a relative but she said it didn’t come with batteries or a charger - is it supposed to?

The battery is in the unit. Just remove plastic protector tab before first use.

Turns on but button don’t work on C &D

You have to hold down the button until it flashes to change the date and time.

Didn't turn on when we put the test strip in. We checked plastic removed from the battery. We are going to return but would rather get it working

I bought one from Amazon, and it was hopeless and had to return it. I then bought an Omron Accumeter which is brilliant, reliable and accurate

why does the monitoring system stop showing the blood droplet? now i cannot test my sugar level? can i please get a new machine?
