I would highly recommend but doesn’t come with a hard drive.
I replaced my old Lorex system with the Q cctv swapped out the hard drive and replaced four of the eight cameras.Now I have a new system up and running with clear picture quality.

These are junk
First time out of the box, the admin password is bad and the system cannot be reset...No Tech support.

Only a month and the DVR stuck not load up... never buy this again

This equipment has cameras and video lost issues. I bought a 2nd and had the same issues??

Impressive DVR and features.
I purchased this to replace my Zosi from 2018. Setup up was straight forward. The WifI was a bit of pain but tech support was very quick within minutes with replies every time. Turns out you can only plug WiFi adaptor into USB port only. So got the system and app sync together. There PC app was a bit of pain so use the cloud port if you want to view or monitor camera from your PC. Camera's which are 2mp will be upgrading to 5mp as soon as they come in for better resolution. OS on this DVR is Lynix. Its fast enough when searching for a time frame and playback of video you want to watch or you can easily watch from the camera on screen back 5 minutes right away. The App is easy. All cameras are set at highest bit rate. With camera's I have now its ok quality but the 5mp will be much better. I will eventually will replace all 8 camera's for this system is impressive. Only use WD Purple or Seagate SkyHawk drives for they handle the heat and constant writing to disk. The case is nice. This is a slot for a fan which I installed and plugged in to keep things cooler. The WiFi kps speeds are a lot faster than my old DVR. There email support is very good.

Excellent seller communication!
Hello all, I had to replace my old Swann recorder. The old one had a 1Tb Hdd, that has been moved into the new. The installation was very easy the connectors are straight forward. The whole setup is easy. I only had to contact the seller on Skype because my cameras was set to a different video format, and the video was black & white. They gave my straight up instruction how to. Definitely recommended buy!!!
