I got robbed of $110.00 dollars! Literally.
I bought this product for my husband for his birthday. It did not levitate after he opened it and put it together. I thought no problem, I'll just replace it; but NOW the seller is saying he never recieved it after I mailed it back to him with a tracking number and paid $30.00 in shipping out of my pocket because he felt he didn't have to pay. So, I'm out the 80 some dollars for the globe and 30 dollars for S&H. Although I'm thankful that Amazon was willing to help me dispute it, the process has been going back and forth for 3 months now; I'm frustrated of "disputing" the whole thing and it's still not resolved. I would suggest that no one buys from STAR MAGIC! Now I'm hesitant to buy anything else from Amazon, just sayin'. I'm staying with QVC, it's easier.
