Q: I just received my two bottles of Castor Oil but I did not see any expiration date?

There is no expiration date on mine either. Good question to ask The Goodbye Company.

Q: My bottle arrived without a seal. In other words, when I opened the cap, there was no protective seal. Is this how this product is supposed to be?

Wow! Mine had one but it was broken as well and the inner seal inside the cap also was not there. I was surprised at how loose the cap was and amazed I did not have oil all over the rest of my other items.
