Shenkitchen Professional Wine Opener Corkscrew(5 Piece Tool Set)

The product is cheap plastic. Already, some of it is coming apart. Love the design and all the accessories, but build quality is not there. I doubt this will even make it to the end of the year. I gave 3 stars because the color is nice and the design is nice. The accessories get a zero as the only thing that is still working less than a month after purchase is the foil cutter. The wine opener works fine but I see that the plastic is already wearing in a couple of places.

I loved this when it arrived. The Cork popper is fantastic. But my pourer with stopper is now broken. This happened about the third time I used it. I didn't drink all the wine so added the stopper to the pourer and when I removed it two days later pourer and all came out. The rubber part of the pourer was in the bottom of the wine bottle. Now I have no pourer or stopper.

Works as advertised! I tired another cheaper brand that you have to pump. It did not work at all. Then I bought this one, and it actually works pretty well. You do have to keep a very tight grasp on the chrome handle when pulling up and down on the item. Also, there was a recall on some of the openers. The company actually called me on my cell phone to see if I had one of the recalled ones, which I did not. I was super impressed that they went out of their way to call me personally! Way to go Shenkitchen!!!

byEasy to use. Smooth operation. The opener extracts the cork easily. It was tricky, however, to remove the cork from the opener. We had to push down with a little more pressure than we expect. Maybe we'll just need to practice by opening more bottles!! Overall, built sturdy and seems to work well. 4 stars for tricky cork removal and no case.

The wine opener sometimes wants to push the cork into the wine bottle. That could be the fault of the wine's cork but I have a similar wine opener and it has never pushed a cork into a bottle. Since I haven't used it enough to report long-term use, for now I'll just rate the product as just "okay".

It works really well in all ways, except there is a bit of a 'kickback' from the handle when removing the cork from the device. It needs to be held in a awkward way in order to remove the cork from the screw in order to not get hit by it. Taking corks out of bottles is very easy. Good value.

Wine opener works ok but is difficult to get right on first pull. This is disappointing. We had hoped that the device would be much easier to operate, especially for women. My wife is not happy that she cannot get it to work on first try.

I have used a similar opener before and that was much better. This is good, but the ones that are horizontal handles better and seems a bit easier to work with. Does the job, but i felt like the other one was much better.
