Great for beginners!
I wasn’t sure about it when I first used it because my charms wouldn’t cure completely therefore were very soft and bendy but the more I played with it the better I got. You have to really pay attention to the measurements (do not add more gardener than solution bc it doesn’t work like that) and make sure you actually mix it for about 1.5 min or 2. I found that that helps. I’ve put ribbon, foil, and paint in my resin molds and they’ve cured and hardened. Great for beginners! It’s clear for the most part but I do find that there are often little bubbles that refuse to go away to they’re just there but it doesn’t really ruin the artwork. I’d buy it again!

Worked like a charm!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been reading a lot of reviews on these that say it takes forever to dry or the product ends up being way too flexible. I’m a total beginner. This is my first time ever with resin and trying to make coasters. I used acrylic paint as well, but I can see how sheer the resin is. Mine turned out perfectly hard and rigid in less than 24 hours. I left them yesterday with foil tented over top to protect from dust and checked again in about 19 hours...worked perfectly, super easy!

Great once you figure out mixing time
I like this product a lot! There's isn't much of a smell unless you hit it with a heat gun, it has a reasonable working time of about 20 minutes, and it cures very clear. That being said, the learning curve was steep, my first three projects didn't harden completely though they weren't sticky. Just bendy! I found that I have to mix this stuff for at least five minutes, and also pour it from one cup to another to get a totally solid product. It does well with food coloring, powdered pigments, and small amounts of acrylic paint!

Super simple
I used my resin to make a cute little fish pond. It is super clear and perfect for the job. I waited a long time before using it and it did not yellow an ounce. I will say though if you are using a lot like I did, it gets HOT and cures faster the more you use. If you want it to cure slower then use less and mix in batches. Still it is perfect and I love my piece. I'll get resin here next time I need it.

Waste of money
I was doing 2 coasters a pen holder and a grinder 16oz which was perfect for the 8oz bottles. Turns out it's only 6oz. When mixing it gets hot. The first 2 projects came out great. When I started to do the 3rd it was fine. I had to stop and clear the bubbles. When I went to pour the rest it was gummy and not pourable. It wasted 7 oz.

Easy, No-Mess High Quality End Products! 2nd Order not so good =[
Why don't they ever fill the bottles to the top? I thought that this was the best epoxy resin that I've ever used. It was a perfect consistency and dried crystal clear. Glitter powder and other additives we're perfectly suspended in the resin nothing sank unless I wanted it to. practically no bubbles. Even when mixing the resin hardly any bubbles forming and I absolutely love the way that this pours out of the bottle how you can just squeeze it out and makes it so much easier to get the right amount of resin and hardener without any extra dripping down the side of the bottle. So it's so much cleaner and a lot less of a mess as well. And I also really like the fact that it it dries relatively quick. I'm one with no patience and this starts setting within a half hour so I'm able to do a lot of my delicate insect resins and they're pretty much done the same day. I definitely recommend this product and the extra mixing cups are very useful as well.UPDATEI like this product so much that I bought it again and the complete opposite review is what I have to give for this second order. One of the bottles the hardener started leaking inside the packaging and right off the bat I had a mess with that cuz it was all over both bottles and everything else in the package. So I had quite a bit less hardener then I did the resin so I was not happy about that. I think that they need to put some protective film over the top of the bottles to prevent leakage. And this batch seemed very watery and also created more bubbles. It didn't even pour as easily from the bottle as the last one did it kept leaking down the side so there was a lot of mess and wasted product and money with this batch. I took 2 stars away because the second-order was so bad.

Better then expected
My first attempt with resin. Very beginner friendly. I used the resin to make moulds to apply to a peice of furniture. Came out better then I imagined. I will definitely be purchasing again. I like how you can remove the resin from the mould tray before its completely cured and its flexible. So I can glue it to a peice, have the mould go around a corner and the best part is to form it to lay flat on a peice of furniture or the project your putting moulds on.

Why pay more?
Have tried several different resins in the last month. From $16.00 to $25.00 for two 8oz bottles. Some have heaver viscosity than others but all work the same. Stir for 3 min; about 45 min working time. Why but $25.00 bottles when $16.00 ones work as well. I heat 40 grams mixed for 12 - 15 sec. in micro wave. Makes resin a little thinner and goes off a little quicker. Also eliminates the bubbles too. If one heats for more seconds resin may harden in microwave. Will be using this resin from now on for pen blanks, etc.
