I am an avid rock climber and when all the gyms closed due to quarantine, i needed a way to keep up with my training. all the hangboards were sold out so a friend recommended this to me and i absolutely love it!!! im glad i made this purchase and use it frequently to keep my training for when i get a chance to get on the crag!

The media could not be loaded. I think these are good for its price!!! Definitely would do your research on BFR bands before trying them on. I’m still learning how to put them on without it being super tight and without the black buckle piece pressing into my legs during certain workouts. One thing about these bands is they keep folding when I put them on today I figured that it needed to be wrapped around twice, but I’m guessing my thighs are to big for it to reach the buckle for the second loop. But all in all they are good!!!

The seller is good but these are not made the best. Once you tighten them the extra just hangs off and in the way. And I couldn't tell if they were tight enough. And the yellow straps are useless to me. But they are soft and thick/wide.

This was a great buy! The straps are nice and thick to really get the blood pooling. The finger grips were an added surprise as I've never used them before but wow. Used them once and I can tell they're really going to help increase my grip strength. Would high recommend these

not what I thought it would be so somewhat disappointed in the arm bands

I love these, use every time I work out.I am a girl and i use them for my legs/glutes i noticed a difference after 2 times of using. And I do recommend those to my friends
