Very easy to put it! But first time it got get it came off... tried to put it back it didn’t glued back! Very disappointed with this item! Do NOT recommend at all! Plus it has a terrible strong smell! 👎🏻

It is not as good as I thought. The pads look pretty much like what I have on the bottom of my shoes. These pads are just not rough enough to prevent slip and slide. It is better than nothing I guess. I bought another brand somewhere else. They are rough and give much more traction which what I need.

These did not hold up all nite. Even when putting superglue to help me finish my nite of dancing they slid off.

Went out dancing. Never slipped. They should make the dot for the heels...
