Stay FAR AWAY from this GPS and find a quality GPS elsewhere. I returned this GPS after using it one day.I stupidly bought this GPS without reading the questions and reviews because this GPS had 91 reviews and a 4.8 rating.After using this GPS, I went back to the website to read the reviews. I thought "How the heck can this GPS have great reviews? There's no way!"Sure enough, I read the questions and reviews and NONE of them were for this GPS! Amazon somehow put questions and reviews for many different products on the page of this GPS but ZERO questions and reviews pertaining to this GPS!I contacted Amazon and they fixed the issue.Let this be a lesson: Don't trust the product rating for any product without reading the reviews just in case Amazon puts reviews for other products on the wrong page again.Here are the problems I had with this GPS:1. No brand name anywhere on the GPS. No brand name on the packaging. No brand name in the manual. This is a 100% generic GPS.2. The manual that comes with this GPS has microscopic print. I literally couldn't read it without a magnifying glass.3. There is NO Power On/Off button, even though the manual says it has one. If you lose power for any reason, you cannot operate this GPS. This GPS supposedly has a battery, but it's pointless. No plug-in power source = Cannot use this GPS.4. Even though I am in the Pacific Time Zone and set it to Pacific Time Zone, whatever time you set it to and save it, the time on the main screen will be one hour earlier than you set. To display the proper time, I had to set it to Arizona time, which they have programmed for an hour later. That way, the correct time appeared on the main screen.5. Even when the main screen is displaying the correct time, all the other screens show the time as four hours earlier. How is that possible??? Yet, that's exactly what happened.6. The time keeps freezing on the main screen. You have to reboot the GPS to get the correct time back. Rebooting consists of having to unplug it, then click on the button onscreen that pops up to turn the GPS off when it loses the power source, then plugging it back into the power source so the screen will go on again, since this GPS will not operate on battery power.Note to manufacturer: If you cannot figure out the software to show the correct time on all screens, just leave it out of the product. It's more frustrating to see the wrong time than it is to see no time at all. It's a GPS, we all have phones and car radios if we need to know the time.Last but NOT least...7. This GPS DOES NOT announce streets!!! All you get is, for example, "turn left in 185 yards, then turn right in 75 yards." If a GPS does not announce streets, what's the point of the GPS???The bottom line is this: pay more for a branded, quality GPS, it is well worth it!

Doesn’t even connect to gps system. Navigation not even possible!

The GPS navigator works satisfactory. Touch screen is a little funky.
