A unique tool for unique situations.
This tool works exactly as described. It’s effortless.I could not put a stable cloths hook on the back of a hollow door. Screws in a hollow door give a wobbly result, and if I tried wall anchors I’m pretty sure my grandkids would grab a towel hanging there and pull the wall anchors and hook right out of the door on day one.If you don’t want to repair big holes in a hollow door use the expansion nuts that come with this tool. With some of the longer expansion nuts this also works with drywall, but unlike wall anchors these nuts are not removable.

A good add to Tool box
I never used the tool to install these -- the tool really does make these work better than simply tightening the screw. When installed with the tool they are properly seated and are very strong. Good tool add. I will use these vs plastic anchors going forward for permanent mounting needs in Sheetrock.

Clinches tight and holds tight
The outer walls on my RV are about an inch and a half thick. I have had problems getting screws to hold when fastening things to the rv, such as the water connection. This worked perfectly to install a fastener that wouldn't slip or come loose.

Tool works great. Bolts not all for drywall.
I want this for into into 1/2" to 3/4" drywall and only half of the bolts are useful for that. The 52mm ones work great in typical drywall or either size. (see pics) Longer ones don't. They'd be loose. But maybe some unique applications in thinner fiber board or a thick foam brick core will come up some day. In experimenting I found the short 32mm ones can expand inside the drywall somehow and work, but they didn't stay straight and got hard to thread. I'm sure they are meant for thinner fiberboard. (I think I've seen M4 between 38mm and 48mm that could work in drywall.)Having the tool makes installation much more reasonable too. Glad to have gotten the tool. I'd give it 5 stars if they described best uses for each (for a DIY'er) instead of making me experiment and use up a few of the bolts. I love molly bolts much more than other drywall inserts.

Wall Anchor Set
The anchors are great and worked perfectly for the project we needed. However, I ended up only needing one of the sizes in the box and the tool that came with it was totally useless. My son who was helping me with this project, found it to be more cumbersome to use the tool than to simply apply the anchor with a hammer. Next time I would purchase only the wall anchors screws but I really don't think you need this tool.Plus you need to find out what size of wall anchor is needed rather than having a box full of different sizes so lessoned learned and money wasted!

Nice kit and perfect for the job
So I recently made the sunburst clock and it's hardwood and 40" across and it's a real beast--I estimate its weight at about 10-12 lbs.. I wasn't confident about finding a stud for a hanger and I felt a plastic anchor was sort of sketchy. After watching a few videos on hanging heavy things like mirrors, I decided a molly bolt was the way to go. I needed a setting gun and I'm glad I chose this one.I received the product today and was very pleased. The tool is easy to work and feels well made. It came with an assortment of bolts in a nice hardshell container. I decided on the 32mm size and after watching another brief video (in which I think the British demonstrator was using the exact same tool) the installation was a snap. I put the screw through a regular heavy duty picture hanger and I think this clock isn't going anywhere.Like I said, it's a nice tool and I think it would last a handyman an entire career. I wanted it earlier but oddly enough the big box stores near me didn't seem to carry it so waiting a few days I had to do. I'm grateful I could get the whole thing for under $20 from Amazon, but realistically, I have no idea when I'll ever use it again. This really seems like the kind of specialized tool that ideally could be checked out from a library.
