Megamind [Blu-ray] [2010]

A choice word about this move. ORIGINAL. The plot is sooooo funny! The characters are all believable, although I do admit I first thought it was just a rip off of Superman, within minutes it had me in stitches and the twists in the plot just made the movie so likable. Definitely up there with Despicable me, UP and Tangled.

Great movie and works on a child and adult level with its comedy. My kids love it but the sarcasm is over their heads but great for me! I am surprised there isn't a sequel. Great movie

But having a spanking nice 3D system we bought this outright.What can I say, it just oozes fun characterisations, the animation is lovely and the 3D aspect are nicely tied in (not just people poking things out of the screen). The storyline is simple and expected but even so I just love Minion's big scene towards the end. We've watched this a few times and will hang onto it - like an awful lot of animation there is just TOO much to see in just one viewing.

3D only. Will not play in 2D.Why not both?

We are overloaded with CGI films. I have to admit this is one of the best out there. Myself and my mates watched this as a laugh because I wanted to show off my new Epson 3D projector set up. They were not disappointed, howling with laughter at all the situations the main protagonist got himself into and the numerous in-jokes. The quality is brilliant,highly recommended for both children and adults who suffer from a very short attention span.

Love this film as its very different to pixar films, which in my opinion have become stale over the years. Pixar need to mature some of their ideas a bit which would a peel to a wider audience.

Thanks to Amazon I got this film today as they said I would. This film is as good for 3D quality as is Ice Age3 but just not as funny. Do buy it when you can as it's worth adding it to your collection of good 3D's.
