Love the colors, sizes, steak knives are terrific (VERY sharp). The plastic holder is excellent. Don't be put off by the size. It's marvelous. Knives are visible, great for folks who like to cook.

While the display case could be nicer - it's just plastic - the knives are super high quality. I've mostly used the steak knives. When I used them on a rotisserie chicken, there were a few times I found myself accidentally cutting through bone. I think that's more my lack of finesse than anything, but the knives are very good. I only wish the case was as high quality as the knives.

I have 2 of these knives and love them, but the holder this set comes in is ridiculous. It's way bigger than it needs to be and takes up way too much space. It is the reason I returned it.

Looks cool and will work great for a couple months, after that they dull very quickly.
