Capable Batteries, Rapid Recharge, and Prolonged Battery Life.
This is the first item I have ordered from Smatree line of products; the 3-channel charging port and 3-battery pack for a GoPro Hero4 Silver.First off, The Charging Station:The Smatree Charging Station has three slots, making it extremely convenient to charge up to three batteries at the same time. I was quite pleased to see it even fit the original Go-Pro batteries were included with my camera. This is a huge bonus, as now I can charge mixed batteries for different cameras at the same time. You must supply your own wall plug, as there is NO WALL PLUG included in this particular kit. When you plug in your dead batteries, the charging station lights up red. When your batteries have finished charging (mine were ready in about 1hr), the charging station lights up green. Inserting your batteries in your GoPro to test which one has a full charge is now a thing of the past, way to go Smatree!Smatree Battery: The Smatree batteries are fully compatible with my GoPro Hero 4, I have been using them for nearly a month now, and I have yet to run into any issues with inserting/ejecting them. They have a small tab attached to the bottom, facilitating their removal, just like the original GoPro batteries. In my experience using the Smatree brand batteries, I have noticed they last significantly longer than the original GoPro batteries do. I tested both batteries with the display brightness set at medium, and auto-off after 1 minute. GoPro's batteries lasted about 1.5 hours while the Smatree's battery life outlasted the GoPro's by nearly half an hour! During a social event I was filming, I did not run out of juice in an entire day, and knowing I had several extra batteries close by made all day filming a pleasurable experience. All products were included exactly as described, and have yet to have issues with this seller. The three batteries/ charging station combo is a great deal! I am extremely satisfied with the product I purchased from Smatree. Though there were several brands to choose from, this solid, dependable product at an uneatable price makes it a no-brainer for satisfying all your GoPro's power needs.

Exactly what I needed.
My adult son sent me a GoPro 4 and it only had one battery. I purchased a three battery pack with the charger that can charge all three, or just one at a time. I've used my GoPro for the first time to video birds and our humming birds feeding off of our back porch. So far the battery lasts about an hour but with three backups it's a quick switch and go.The charger has worked flawlessly and all three batteries fit this old GoPro without any issues. The cost was very reasonable and shipping was quick even though I wasn't in a hurry for the items.I've used it a lot over the past three days and based upon my short experience I would recommend this item.

good deal compared to stock batteries
I got these because the price for 3 and a charger was about the same as a stock one from GoPro, so even if they didn't last as long I was still saving money by having 3. So I tested them out and after they were all charged I set the camera on 1080p 60fps and got about an hour and half from each one and I think closer to 2 hours with the stock. So that means I have 4.5~ hours of battery life total for the cost of 2 hours with the stock ones. I lost the paper I was writing down the exact times each battery lasted but there are videos on Youtube showing battery comparisons and they showed that most of the generics lasted almost as long and were much cheaper too.Now take into consideration that was a first charge and at 1080p. After multiple charges and different setting that could all change and I will update if necessary. But so far I am happy with the purchase and will probably by 3 more.

Seems solid
I gave these a good first run through and will report back if any major problems going forward. Each of the three Smatree batteries ran my GoPro for 2 hours after fully charging - which seems totally acceptable. Batteries and charger seems of solid quality.

Nice OEM replacement at a fraction of the price. Includes a charger!
I needed extra batteries for my GoPro Hero 4, and the Smatree 1290mAh replacements work well. They're the same size as the OEM batteries, and last just a bit longer than the OEM battery which is rated at 1050mAh.The kit included 3 batteries, a USB cable and a charger that has 3 slots. It doesn't include the wall plug, so you'll need one if you don't already have one.The charger shows red when you insert a battery that needs charging. Otherwise if you insert a fully charged battery, or if a battery has finished it's charge cycle, it will show as green. The only downside to the batteries is the removal tape which helps you pull the battery out of the camera is reverse of the OEM battery. When in the down position, it points towards the battery door hinge, and can be sometimes difficult to pull up to remove the battery. While that's the only downside I encountered, the batteries are priced right, and work well.

GREAT except for...
First and foremost, I would like to say this is the best deal that you could possibly find on any GoPro compatible batteries. The charging dock is the handiest thing ever and I don’t have any complaints besides one:I have a GoPro hero 4 silver and as time has gone on with these batteries, I noticed that they began to “swell” or what seemed like swell, due to me never having any issues before a week ago. The battery became stuck in my GoPro, while trying to get it out, the assistive tab pulled straight out of the battery and I was left with a battery stuck straight in my GoPro. It took some finagling, but I was eventually able to get the battery out with a nail file, but it not only left the battery completely ruined, but also damaged the locking mechanism on my camera. It is not a huge deal, due to the camera still closing and it doesn’t matter too much, because the life of my camera is lived in the waterproof case. I’m just curious as to why this occurred. All in all, I have no regrets buying this and the while stuck battery thing appears to be a freak incident. If you are on the line about these batteries, I highly recommend them.
