I picked this product because the description included everything we wanted. The sound quality is great and the control is easy to manipulate. The design is simple and can be put anywhere. I think it's a great value for the money.

I just got this from Amazon today. Easy set up! It is a life saver. I travel and my husband is having hearing problems. When I call and he doesn’t answer his phone, I worry, wondering if he is OK. This device will make sure he “sees” and “hears” my call. Thank you so much! This is just what we needed.

Renny, Jr is EXCELLENT and LOUD!!!I love this device so much that I contacted the manufacturers support email to determine if I can use more than one Renny bluetooth ringer simultaneously, I received a reply hours later informing me that I could have two units working in opposite ends of the house at the same time on my iPhone (three for Android phones), so i am placing a 2nd order. I will never miss another important call because I did not hear the ringer.THANK YOU RENNY JR!

I purchased the Renny Jr to amplify a dinky and dainty work phone I was issued - I am on call 24/7 and receive most of my communication through messaging apps. Over all, I'd say I'm very pleased. Because I use the messaging apps, I use the Renny on "music" mode. I'm moderately to severely hearing impaired and normally wear hearing aids - definitely not going to sleep in those puppies. Music mode is NOT beautiful melodic tones suited for my hearing impairment, but it certainly knocks my socks off in a dead sleep when a call comes through. Where I would previously sleep through some of my less-urgent notifications, not anymore! I've even had to use less than max volume because I was crazy startled at times.I docked a star because the light doesn't flash for notifications and I REALLY wish it did. One of my apps only has a simple high pitched "ding" that I can't change due to my company's security settings and I still rarely miss that. I contacted the company to see if this was a fault of the Renny and it is not - it is simply how it's set up. They did offer to send me a soon to be released Flasher (no sound) that will flash with everything to try out but as of now, I've turned that down, though I suppose I could use BOTH if I really have to.For now I live and work at work, but I look forward to trying this out in Real Life later - no more missing the doorbell rings on my electronic doorbell, either. Wins all around.I've had zero issues with the bluetooth abilities, it works as it "should" even if not all the features I'd hoped for and is a life saver for the cost. I look forward to more products as I need them from this company.

I am severely hearing impaired and can now hear my phone ring when not wearing my hearing aids.Well worth the money!

I got rid of my land line. That brought on some problems with my cell phone. I don't carry my phone around the house. Often I didn't hear it if it was downstairs and I was upstairs, outside or even in next room.Did you ever find your cell phone under your covers??!So I put this Renny Jr. near the stairs on the second floor.When your cell phone rings, this Renny Jr. will ring first and then your cell rings. Half of the time I forget where I threw my phone so the Renny gives me some time to start the hunt. I am trying to train myself to always leave my phone in one place. Lol.It's loud enough that you hear it all around the house. But not obnoxious loud where it hurts your ears. I like that you plug it in, I get tired of replacing batteries so that's a plus.It was really easy to connect by Bluetooth. Took two seconds.This was a must have for me because I was driving myself crazy trying to find my phone. With the Renny Jr. Problem solved. Well, at least it's gotten a lot better.This is funny... Whenever we have a local power out, and our power shuts down in the house, the Renny Jr. Starts talking. That's right. I am either upstairs or downstairs when it happens. Still dont know to this date what the obviously recorded female voice says, but after a bit the voice shuts up. The Renny Jr. has a short antenna and an external speaker on its base. Often during outages, powerlines have just enough juice for this type of shenanigans. When the power comes back on, the Renny reboots and is good to go. Don't know if that will happen to you, but it is funny!

This item is super. Not because it really does what it is supposed to do, which it does, but because in addition to being a great product, it also comes with super support. Support that is USA based with knowledgeable people who are patient and speak English. I had a problem with setup and they patiently walked me through the resolution. I highly recommend this product.Like most people who are hard of hearing and take their hearing aids out (I wear a Cochlear Implant and a hearing aid) and remove them at night. I missed many phone calls when asleep. I tried multiple ring tones and volume setting, but nothing worked until now. But, now I wake up because this thing really works! I highly recommend it.
