I bought this for my classroom (I teach middle school) and we love it. The kids get a kick out of the fact that I have an “old school timer” and I love the design. Very cute and works as expected.

Make sure to read instructions for use. Of its not wound all the way first, the timer won't be as accurate. I also found that after I wound it and moved it to the time I wanted, it worked much more accurately if I moved it a little more slowly than fast. When setting the time after winding, I'dIf I let it tick a few times and then move it in a way I could feel a little resistance, accuracy was best, even for less than 5 min.

Works the way it’s suppose to.

My 6 year old manages the timer to follow a daily activity schedule, as they are home schooled. There is no more "how much longer?" :) It also has the perfect volume!

Purchased for grandmother in 90's as way to keep track of cooking time. Thought the size /shape would make it easier to use. She was not able to remember or figure out how to use it correctly after demonstration. Either didnt crank all the way to 55sec mark and back OR was frying to take the top half off - as if to open. Will likely take replace with an old fashioned timer
