flimsy, flappy, almost impossible to get on; and then when i managed, not only did it not help with...anything, really (in order to even slightly feel supported i had to pull as tight as the straps would go, and it just held me still) it forced me into a position that didn't actually help. froze my shoulderblades where they were already, didn't prevent me from rolling my shoulders forwards (just moving my arm, which is NOT helpful!) and yet didn't manage to pull me out of a slump either. and to top it all off, it put pressure on the back of my neck, right where the vertebrae are fused together so it caused awful pain. tried readjusting countless times, tried pulling it farther down my back; wouldn't budge from it's designed spot. useless. there's no returns on this item. spend your money elsewhere.

Easy to use, but definitely NOT comfortable or for all day wear. Even with the pads (useless; they just squish to the side)the straps dig into underarms. Go with a higher quality if you plan to wear this for any length of time or while working.

It definitely works at keeping my shoulders back which in turns helps me stand up taller resulting in better posture. I like that it is not a big bulky designs like some of the others, its a little bit more concealable. The downside is that it is smaller, at 6' 250 lbs. its barely doable. I wear this all day at work while I sit in front of computer. It helps. I would buy again.

I sit at a desk all day long staring at a computer. I have noticed lately as I get older that my posture is horrible, which is causing me immense shoulder and back pain. Since wearing this I have noticed a HUGE difference in my pain levels. This is very easy to use, easy to put on and it actually really comfortable!! I highly recommend this if you are having back pain, it works wonders.

I picked up my package on my way to work on the day that it arrived and I was excited as hell! That first night I wore it I did immediately notice the pain decrease in my back and in my neck/shoulder area! I hop on and off of a forklift 12 hours a night on top of having scoleosis so the relief was REAL! The bottom part of the brace kept riding my back though and it was so annoying cause for the most part I am just sitting down. I kept having to readjust all 3 of the nights that I have worn it and it got on my damn nerves! Last night, as I was coming back from break and having just readjusting it AGAIN... I was literally walking to my forklift and the left strap just popped off under my clothes! That really pissed me off! I AM NOT HAPPY about this and I need it handled RIGHT AWAY!

This is extremely uncomfortable for all the wrong reasons. Bulky straps dig into your armpits, makes it so you cannot move your arms to do any tasks. The adjustment straps are not shown in the pictures and now I know why. They are bulky and obtrusive. Did not notice any improvement on my posture. AND they do not allow returns even though they claim to follow Amazon's return policies. DON'T waste your money.

It’s too early to say work or not but obviously is a reminder that won’t feel uncomfortable. Slouch is a habit that needs to get used to the right posture for a while. This product won’t feel uncomfortable to wear the whole day so that’s the good part but I’m only using for a week now so it’s hard to say it corrects my slouch but I will use it for a month to see how it goes.
