Very good information! A must read for those concerned about this disease!

It is an excellent volume.

This ,like most of Holford's books are for reference and are not therefore ideal on Kindle because one can' t find what one is looking for easily. But otherwise the information is very helpful and encouraging.

The Alzheimer's Prevention Plan shows what we can do to prevent this disease, as well as help for those supporting the sufferer.
