No, they have shimmer but not over the top. Excellent color and product

Q: Is this palladio eyeshadow quad tantalizing taupe matte?

Tantalizing Taupe is the third one on the top row - click on it and it has the name - it has pink in the upper left corner, then a russet/copper color..on lower section it has taupe on the left and then black on the right.

Q: How many matte shadows are in the girly palette?

There is one semi matte- I love this palatte because the colors are glittery- no fallout- they have a nice sheen but not disco ball like :)
