My husband uses this in the car - he carries a lot of essential guff for his job and this keeps everything neat. It's sturdy and he can divide it how he wants.

Used to carry deicers, spare bulbs, WD40, coat, etc etc in different bags all sliding around. This seems tough and well made with sections so you can organise and separate your gear. Two straps supplied allow suitable anchorage if your car has anchor rings, but otherwise you'd have to make your own. The straps are adjustable as are the section dividers.

Reasonably rigid and tough, much better than I was expecting, really pleased with product and easy to install in car boot.

Five stars: I bought this after being very disappointed with a cheaper version of boot organiser. This is well made and study with good options for set up and use, this is well worth the extra expense.

Lightweight, flexible and versatile

First off... the seller was great. Excellent communications, full support, no debates or arguments just a very simply process of returning and then refunded - no problem.But the item itself..You must remember that this item is just shy of £100 ($136) which puts it at roughly double the price of it's next-nearest competitor on Amazon.***YOU NEED TO BEAR THAT IN MIND WHEN YOU LOOK AT WHAT YOU'RE GETTING - IS IT JUSTIFIED??***In a word - "No".My old organiser cost about £30 5yrs ago and was falling to bits. So when i ordered the TrunkCratePro i was expecting to see a noted increase in performance and build quality from it's next nearest rivals of around the £50 mark. The question you should ask is not "..is this a good organiser?".. as the answer will be "yes". But rather, is the pricetag of virtually DOUBLE that of competitors qualified..? And i believe the answer is a very firm "no!".Spent ages trawling through reviews... and this came out best. But when it arrived i found the following:1) The actual materials and build techniques employed are essentially the same as the competitors - many reviews rave about the velcro on the bottom of this to stop it moving about in your car.. but the truth is it's just 4 very small pieces of your everyday velcro stitched on the corners on the bottom - about and inch by half an inch... you could do that yourself - and use much bigger pieces!!2) The removable dividers. You get TWO. A larger one and a small one - that's it! Competitors often supply double that. But.. the velcro strips on the inside provided for you to stick your dividers to - are just 2 strips about half an inch width - and it's just ordinary velcro - flimsy. Just like what you get on a cheap sticky item that has pockets which use a slather of velcro to close - just like that. There are numerous other stronger options available - or at the very least they could have fitted a good sized width of velcro.. but no... just two strips about 3 inches from the top and bottom, which wouldn't hold the divider up against anything of any real weight (..like what you find in car trunks..!!??) when the car was being driven.3) Extends to just 2 compartments. Competitors often have the option of extending to 3 - if you just need 2, you just fold one box in by the provided secure clips. Not with the TrunkCratePro... just 2 compartments.4) Covering material - just the same as competitors.. and actually what was on my 5yr old £30 orginser i was looking to replace.5) No lid. Many competitors offer some form of covering or lid to their offerings... as being in a car trunk/boot for years means that you have years of dust and debris collecting inside, which means you have to periodically empty everything out, vacuum the thing and then refill it all. Even my £30 organiser had a lid..!So, to conclude, a real let down. People can sometimes seek to qualify their extravagant choices and decisions, rather than backing down admitting they overpaid for an item which didn't warrant the price... and that's all i can offer as an explanation as to why there are so many 'great reviews' of this item... either that or they've made a purchase of their first car boot/trunk organiser - with nothing to compare it to.'Starlings' currently have a good offering on Amazon for about half the price...
