Does the job of removing chemical tasting water/ fluoride. Although very pricey, I still save money on buying bottled water.

Wasted my money
Waste of money. Couldn’t get the filter out. Water filter isn’t of good quality either

FAULT PRODUCT
Filter does not work. The water within the main basin simply bypasses the filter due to poor plastic rim/sealant, you can see this in the photo. This is a design fault by the company- not acceptable. I want a refund, but I am also concerned that this is a common problem with the Santevia glass system. The filters do not sit tight enough against the basin, so water always leaks through- terrible design!

Items faulty
2 out of the 3 filters were either broken or not working properly. Very expensive for poor quality.

Filters are old.
The filters that I have just received are old. I’ve been using Santevia filters for years now and these are clearly ancient. Not only is the packaging dated and dirty but the filters have an excess of black dust. The secondary filter also seems to only have the ceramic beads and not the mineral blend. I’ve waited two weeks for the filters to arrive so am not pleased.

Bon produit fabriqué aux Canada,donc j'ai confiance a cette compagnie qui respecte les clients en ne pas faire fabriquer leur produit en Chine ou la qualité est est pas aux top et l'eau que je bois est pas filtré avec une usine en Chine et ça c'est vraiment toute a leur honneur, il préfère avoir de bon produit et payé plus car il ont déjà essayé la fabrication en Chine et il ont vu que la qualité était pas aux rendez-vous et il ont réagi rapidement et dépensé d'avantage pour que leur produit soit de meilleur qualité en laissant la Chine pour le Canada et ça c'est vraiment super, c' est rare que les compagnies préfère améliorer leur produit en fesant moins de profil mais ils savent que l'eau que l'on boit doit être traité dans des usines où les normes de qualité sont là propriété, Bravo à Stevia pour fabriquer leur produit aux Cabada
