Liquid Morning Multivitamin Essentials+, 2 Flavors, Vegan, 32oz

Good stuff ! Not sure I actually enjoy the fruit punch flavor but it's not unbearable at all. I just received a new bottle but I've tried it before and I feel as though its actually beneficial, providing energy at the very least.

This is my first liquid vitamin that I’ve tried. I really like the taste, it’s smooth without being too medicinal. I’ve taken this as a breast-feeding, postpartum mama, it helped with my postpartum shedding, and I think I might actually have to believe the claims that it helped with reversing a couple of my gray hairs. It’s easy to add to my morning routine. Pour some in a shot glass In the morning. It lasted me just about a month, the price is comparable to the postnatal vitamin capsules, I was previously taking, but I like this better.

Love this , it’s been about four days and I am already noticing more energy. Tastes really good too , slight vitamin taste afterwards but that is to be expected! Will be buying again .

I’ve tried several liquid vitamins before, but after about day three I can’t seem to stand them anymore. The flavors are way too strong and they’re just too sweet. I feel like I’m eating candy. Also, I was never very thrilled about the ingredients in the other liquid vitamins. I was reimbursed for these vitamins, but my review remains honest. I was pleased that it was not very sweet and the flavor was not overly strong. I personally did not taste strawberry, but almost like a very light peach flavor. It was hard to peg what I was tasting. All I know is that it wasn’t overly strong and I was grateful! I loved the ingredients list, especially that it was organic and had a few things other than just vitamins and minerals. As far as absorbency goes, I cannot know whether or not it was absorbed scientifically, obviously, but I do believe they were viable and absorbs well based on the fact that I quit my other quality vitamins to try these and my energy and alertness did not lower at all. I felt the same. I did decide that I don’t want to take liquid vitamins on a continual basis, though, because the convenience of a pill form works better for me in my lifestyle. That being said, I do rate this as a good, quality supplement based on a continuation of normal energy after switching from my other vitamins - which I’ve used for years with success.

So thankful to be able to get this easily, and a great product I’m glad this is liquid and most of your overall vitamins. I’ve been feeling really rundown lately and this even has the best version of B12 in it. I do wish I had a bit more vitamin D but I’m still glad it does have some I just added what I need on top of it. I’m glad for it being liquid since I have stomach problems and I was afraid of taking too many pills that maybe I couldn’t absorb

I’ve been happy with this one overall. It’s easy to take, the ingredients look solid, and it’s been a convenient way to add a daily multivitamin without having to deal with more pills. It showed up as expected and the product matched the listing. For me, this has been a simple, reliable option and I’d buy it again.

My doctor suggested I try a liquid multivitamin because my delicate flower of a GI system tends to get angry when I dump too many pills in it. And for whatever reason, no one has been able to develop a multivitamin in pill form that isn’t the size of potato. So I tried Mary Ruth’s because I needed a sugar free option and it seems to be the best quality at a price that seems reasonable. I tried raspberry first and hated it. So I ordered this flavor hoping it might be a little easier to choke down. It is - marginally. I force myself to drink it because I need vitamins and can’t get everything I need from food alone, but good lord it’s still nasty. It’s the color of carrot juice, the viscosity of syrup, and it tastes like someone mixed a shot of Robitussin with unsweetened Koolaid. I’ve found chasing it with a more palatable beverage helps, but it still requires a great deal of psyching myself beforehand. As for its effectiveness, I can’t say it’s any more or less effective than any other multivitamin out there. It’s definitely a better choice than pills or gummies if bioavailability is a concern, but I just wish they’d figure out a better flavor.

I’ve been using this liquid multivitamin for a few weeks now and I like the convenience of the liquid format. It’s easy to take in the morning and the strawberry flavor is mild and not overly sweet. The bottle is easy to measure and store in the refrigerator after opening. I also appreciate that it contains a variety of vitamins in one serving, which makes it simple to include in my daily routine. So far, it has been a practical addition to my mornings and easy to stay consistent with.

For me maybe the vitamin benefits are real can't be sure as the science does confirm it, could do with more transparency of ingredients. Finally the taste is OK, tropical flavour but feels like too syrupy for me and too sweet from the vegetable glycerin I gather.
