I spent some time doing some research about different options for my department. Mine is 1 floor and I am using it for an area of around 800sq ft and 8.2ft height.I been using this for a about a month and a half, and so far is working excellent keeps my house smelling really nice. I did not have the need to keep this operating for long periods to get the feeling of the scent (I think this also has to do with the product you fill the machine with, so make a good choice here and good quality scent).In terms of setting kevinleo up for the first time I agree with some others that it is hard to understand the manual or figure out by yourself how this equipment works, so I have to contact the customer service. I bought it with the APP WiFi control feature, also it was a hard to find the right app to download in IOS, since that one that is indicated in their answers and in the manual is not the right one try “AROMA” (also answered by CS right after a couple of emails). After going thru this couple of hoops then is really easy to pair and operate and work out on the desired settings.I have to say that customer service was very responsive and the product is what I expected my wife loves it, and you can control this even when you are not at home, this is a great value for me, since there are some apps or equipments that I have at home that you cannot use/operate them unless your are in the same network so I really like that there’s no need to be at home to control Kevinleo.Also I read that this makes a mess all over the floor and that this gets your floor to be oily, this is not my case I have this on the floor and I have not seen or felt any of this oily mess (mentioned in some reviews) I have not tried it with the hose that comes to connect this to the central a/c thou.The price compare with some other home products is high, but to me it is worth to pay for this kind of solution just like the ones you see at malls or spa’s.Finally in terms of noise, you can tell when the unit goes on and off, do not expect this is going to be incredible quiet, but you are also buying a commercial equipment so you will get some noise ( not super loud either) so consider this when you are buying this if your specially sensitive with the noises at home. To give you an example if you have the TV on you may not distinguish between the tv and the kevinleo whenever is working. I am thinking on moving this inside a room we have next to the main area where I am using it, but that is just because I have this room and I do not want to see this by a corner in the dinning room, I mean even if I don’t have this room I would still love this unit and the noise is not a deal breaker for us. To flesh out a little bit for you, this unit makes the same level of noise as a heather with a fan on.I hope this gives you enough information to make up your mind before buying itKevinleo team thanks for your support and follow up on the issues I found setting up the equipment for the first time I highly recommend that you guys improve your owner’s manual.

The pump would work for a while, then it would completely stop working (Noting to do with the timer) then it would have to be reset for it to start working again. After a few days oil started leaking from the unit. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all.

I don't claim to be an expert in oil diffusion, but after staying at a friends place who used one I was impressed and figured I would get one for my place. I purchased one of the cheap/small ones that use water just to see if I got the same value at home as I did at my friends - turns out that I did, but didn't want to constantly be refilling the water and looking for something more set it and forget it. Searched around and found many much more expensive models, which let's face it, all basically do the same thing but with some minor feature differences and housings. I decided to give this one a shot because the price, while expensive relative to the home units, was inexpensive relative to the commercial or HVAC integrated ones (which I ultimately want to do).The unit itself is solidly built - and setting up the timer is straight forward - plus it gives control over how long it generates scent and how long it doesn't, so you can tweak it to the size of your space and the intensity of the scent. There's a small button on the outside that toggles on/off a booster fan that helps disperse the scent more - probably very helpful in the HVAC scenario where you're pushing the scents into the air stream. Noise-wise, it's definitely louder than my previous one, which was basically silent - the fan adds some noise, but overall it's just not a quiet machine - you're not going to have a zen experience sitting next to it. But I also don't think that's it's intended use, I plan to install this near my air handler and when I tried it there the sound was basically imperceptible.All in all, impressed with the performance of the machine - it's night and day better at actually diffusing scents and filling the room. My previous one would take hours to barely make an impact, but I've had to tune this down down so that it doesn't smell like you've entered a cinnamon factory. ;) I have a 3000 sqft house, and the setting I'm using is 10s on, 180s off, to give you an idea of the capacity of the machine - so I have no doubt it could do a larger space as stated.

Works very well. I have a 2,000 square foot home and I only have to run it for about 15 every day to get a wonderful fragrance in the home.

The machine works great but the only downside is that is lacking on automation. Needs an app control and some refill alerts when the bottle is empty. But is really effective though.

Too expensive, doesn't work properly.

Fantastic scent machine. Easy to program and use. We have it plumbed into the hvac. The whole house smells great. It was packaged well and arrived ahead of schedule.
