Great Product!!
I bleached my hair and used a couple different toners and they didn't do anything. I read the reviews for this and thought I'd give it ago and I'm so glad I did, this product really does work on bleached yellow hair it turned my hair silver after first use I still have some left now as you don't need to use it all the time otherwise you over tone. But I'm so happy with this product and I'd totally recommend it smells really nice too.

Good, But Messy
Might just be the bottle I have, but it leaks a bit. Would not be a problem but it stained the tub and was a pain to clean off. Otherwise good.

Good at getting rid of Brassy tones
Recently bleached my hair in lockdown and it went VERY yellow. I have used this twice a week for about a month and you can see a difference. Pretty obvious, but I would reiterate that the lighter your hair the more effective it is. Around my roots it was yellow but light, and the shampoo worked best. Nearer the ends where it was darker (due to previous dye), it made it less brassy but it was still yellow-y. Shampoo smells great and leaves my hair soft. The pictures show my hair before and after using the shampoo. Just to add- the brightness only really lasted the day of the wash. It starts getting brassy again quite quickly (For me, at least).

Gets rid of yellow tones, but not orange
I would say this is a good product if you want to get rid of yellow tones, but not orange. My hair is quite red naturally and wanted to bleach it blond which came out quite brassy as you can imagine. I used this shampoo straight away and I kind of regret it. I'd say it took out the brassy yellow tones but left my hair kind of orange. Perhaps it would work better if you had lighter hair to start with. Going to keep using it and see if it helps with more washes.

Miracle in a bottle
I didn’t have much expectation, but I was desperate to try anything. I had bleached my hair during this lockdown period as I really wanted to achieve being blonde. I didn’t expect to go ginger as I have pixie style hair but I had copper tips. Was not brave to bleach again so soon so decided on this shampoo after reading reviews and it really did take out the brassy tones! Leaving it in longer than 5 minutes is very effective. Downside is it is quite drying but the conditioner does moisturise a lot. Some have said in the reviews that the conditioner is quite heavy, however I do not feel that it is that heavy for me.

wont fix dye errors
Ok so had a box dye error. left my lighting colour on a little too long and my hair went quite ginger. Brought this to help tone it down as dont like to dye my hair often in short periods. It does seem to take some of the orange out but obviously it cant make miracles! I'm still left with very copper tones and patches which are silver due to the purple shampoo and conditioner. It also leaves your hands with purple shade for a while when using so if you have some plastic gloves to use when applying this will help, if not dont fear as the purple on your hands wash off quite quickly. I think this is best when used to freshen up your hair colour rather than using it to make miracles in box dye fails like I did lol. I've since learnt to like my copper tones and have embraced the ginge hahaha
