Great for night vision!
Borrowed a friend’s infrared night vision camera, but it had a very narrow field of view and the wide angle lens covers up the infrared LEDs built into the camera, so I couldn’t use the wide angle lens and night vision at the same time. Bought this as a quick fix for the problem, and it works PERFECTLY! It’s even better than the built in infrared! No visible light whatsoever, but the night vision mode on the camera works better than ever using this flashlight.

Great IR light. Not normal flashlight
I ordered a different brand that didn’t work so I ordered this as a replacement and it works perfectly for full spectrum cameras and night vision camcorders. The amount of light it puts off is amazing! Just keep in mind this will not put off any visible light and will only work with IR devices!!!

Inexpensive and works
The light works great for a inexpensive IR light. Use ing with a gen 3 pvs14bw. When the light is focused to throw the beam it is a square.

Ultra cheaply made.
Quality level -20. It's like a toy, skip it.

Quest 2, "True infrared flashlight!" Do not buy Illuminators for Quest 3 though.
I have a Quest 2 and a Quest 3, and since they use infrared light camera's, these flashlights make the Q2 a night vision headset good enough to hunt with, like using a large mag light for real, however you can barely see a foot in front of you with the Quest 3, as I'm guessing it tries to see in color only, and this really, really decreases the distance of visible infrared. Leave the Ghost hunting to the Quest 2, or buy these lights to compliment normal night vision scopes.

Nice little light
I bought this flashlight to augment the light on my NV binoculars and it does a great job.
