Amazing Product
Amazing product and it works as described

Definitely work but don’t work long enough
I have been using these folders for more than 5 years now and over the years the quality seems to be come down as they do soften the water in the first month but after that start to notice a reduction on quality of water.When I started using these back in 2017 they used to last for good 3 months + . So my verdict is product still works but it just does not work as long as used to.

This company like to spam call you
Great product but how do I get rid of the company’s annoying spam calls? Is there way to order this product without letting this spammy company have customer’s phone number?

Check Box packing with WaterScience Lable, Instructions manual etc.
I had purchased this in Feb 2025. It was comes in a non-standard box without any warranty card/instructions manual etc. After use of 20 days, I noticed its not working. So I reach out to customer support on WhatsApp. Executive provided me the instructions videos and details and tried to convience me that it will work, but I was completely disagreed with their support.Finally I requested them to send any service engineer to check the product and give me quality test certificates. So,later on they send me the replacement with proper their box, instructions manual, warranty card etc.So I believe that this product I ordered from amzon was a duplicate at all. Original one I recived from Watesience as a replacement.
