Product Description When it comes to pogo stick design, the V4 is without question the most advanced pogo stick ever made. We took the traditional spring pogo stick and tossed it in the trash years ago. Since then, we've been creating pogo sticks that use our patented air spring instead of a metal spring. Springs are cool and all, but they can't be quickly adjusted to accommodate different weight riders, they're heavy, and they just don't have what it takes to jump high. One of our favorite things about the V4 is that a 300 pound adult can use the exact same pogo stick as an 80 pound kid. Because the V4 uses air pressure, you can tune it to your exact preference in less than a minute by pumping it up to jump higher or taking air out to jump lower. Some people like to bounce 1-2 feet high and use the V4 for exercise, while others like to do flips off of rooftops. QUICKLY COLLAPSIBLE FOR EASY TRANSPORTATION The V4 uses an air spring to launch you into the air. When you're done using it, you can release the air pressure and deflate the spring. No tools or anything required. Just let the air out, and push the entire slide shaft into the stick for easy transportation and storage. The medium V4 Pro goes from 54" in height during bounce mode to 34" in travel mode. USE IT FOR FUN Whether you're 10 or an old fart, the V4 will have you grinning from ear to ear. A lot of our customers are actually full-grown adults in the mid-life crisis era of their lives who are trying to prove to themselves that they’re not that old. They say 60 is the new 40, right? :) Really, our V4 can easily be used by pretty much anyone over 75 pounds that can jump on a trampoline. The V4 is a bit more difficult than a trampoline because you'll need to use more core strength and balance, but once you get used to it, the feeling is very similar...except it goes wherever you want it to. About the Startup Describe your product in 3 words. Personal Flight Apparatus How did you come up with the idea for this product? As children my best friend Josh Spencer and I both came from families who owned their own companies, so naturally we wanted to own our own business when we grew up. Added to that was our love for extreme sports...we grew up in Southern California, so our childhood included lots of stitches and broken bones for BMX, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, and dirt bikes. One summer night while hanging out, a friend was playing around on a toy pogo stick. Int he middle of one of his tricks, the thing exploded - pieces flying off in every direction. The friend turned to Josh and said, "Your dad owns a metal shop. Why don't you build one of these things that doesn't break?" The lightbulb went off, and the idea was born. We'd never imagined we'd own a business that would be a passion. Funny how things happen like that. Many thanks to Danny Serchio for the idea! What makes your product special? The love and care that we put into it. Obviously we have a one-of-a-kind, patented air-powered pogo stick that's capable of jumping up to 10' high while everyone else is stuck with springs or rubber bands. Because of that we're pretty much on our own level. But it goes a lot deeper than that. Have you ever used something that you loved but knew it could be done better? That's us! We just happen to also own the company. We love to bounce around on our pogo sticks, and we always want them to work better so that we can do more awesome stuff. Everyone else just happens to get the benefit from our selfishness! What has been the best part of your startup experience? Startups are hard. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. It's hard in the beginning and it never seems to get easier. The bigger and faster you grow, the crazier and more difficult it gets. Lots of sleepless nights and frustrating moments, but you will learn more along the way than you could possibly imagine. We're experts in a lot of things we'd never dreamed of while growing up, and we have a pretty solid understanding of pretty much every aspect of business that you could imagine. You just can't put a price on the learning experience...but the absolute best part of our journey are the amazing people that we've met along the way. We can travel just about anywhere in the world these days and meet up with someone we know. How cool is that?

Amazing Quality Pogo Stick
The Vurtego V4 Pro is simply an amazing piece of American engineering. Due to a combination of great quality and outstanding customer servic the Vurtego V4 is impossible to beat. I actually purchased two Vurtego V4 Pros. I ordered a Medium for myself. I am 5'11" and I weigh 195 pounds. My daughter is 10yr old and weighs 70 pounds. I bought her a Small.These pogo sticks will last forever. All parts are replaceable if need be and customer service is excellent.UPDATE: After a few days of use, I wish I could give this a rating higher than 5 stars. Product quality is amazing. Our family of 5 has had so much fun with this. Age range from 37 down to 6. Lots of laughs, fun, and GREAT exercise!!My recommendation: BUY THIS POGO Stick!! Once you do, take time to watch the instructional videos on the website. The videos are so well done and very helpful.I sent a thank you email to the company, and got a reply direct from the Owner. Customer service like that is a rare gem in 2017!!A+++

Worst purchase I’ve ever made
Within 20 minutes I broke my elbow in 3 places and shattered my humerus bone. Doctors are saying I’ll never be able to use my arm the same again. This pogo stick ruined my life.

I got a great workout though just trying to get going
I just received mine and I'll give it five stars. Just tried to get on it about 50 times and didn't get one bounce. Very challenging. I got a great workout though just trying to get going. I'm 55 and I kitesurf, paddleboard, inline skate and also ride a wave board. Rode skateboards growing up. This thing is daunting when you step all the way up and try to commit to bouncing. But I have a feeling once I get a few bounces in, everything will fall into place. This is a toy in the fact that it's something to play on, but it's also a professional level piece of equipment. If you like a challenge and like learning something new, get one. Looking forward to lots of fun on this thing. Like I said, I just came in from like 50 tries of trying to ride it............and I wanna go back outside and try some more. Very addictive.Day two: Managed to get five bounces out of it today but almost went anaerobic doing so. It really is an amazing cardio workout. I have a concept2 rowing machine and this pogo gets me breathing just as hard. The difference is. This is more fun. I had the thing a little under inflated which makes it harder I believe. Also, it lost some air overnight which I hope is not going to be a problem. Anyway, super fun!

Best of the best
Ive tried other extreme jumping products and this is by far the best. Such a blast to jump around on and one of the best ways to excercise. It feels heavy at first, but after using for a few weeks it seems to get lighter as you get more comfortable with it. Quick to learn and much safer than other product due to the fact that you can bail out very easily. I recommend practicing larger air and tricks on dry dirt or grass until you get the hang of it. I cant recommend this thing enough. Dont let the price sway you, because the excercise alone is worth every penny. Well done Vurtego.

This Is Not Your Father's POGO Stick...Wow!!

Woo Hoo Hoo...Sure You'll need a little practice to get your balance going...It's always more fun to bounce together - So why not buy two (I did)Makes for great family time, It's also a great core body workout too!It comes in three sizes - Small - Medium - Large (Based upon your height) Minimum Weight 75 lbsWe logged many POGO hours this past summer and now I'm wondering when the lake freezes over if I'll just maybe give that a try ??Quality Product! Follow the instructions carefully but BUY IT
It is a very beautiful, well made, high-quality pogo stick, but believe me when I tell you. Listen to the instructions. Start off with the psi at 1/4 of your bodyweight and (can’t stress this enough) Work your way up very very slowly. I got too confident to quick. Raised up my psi +20 Went from maybe 1 foot off the ground to about five foot and I was not ready for that height or landing. Needless to say I’ll be out of the pogo game for a few weeks but the vurtego pro made it worth it ! 10/10 strongly recommend

Solid Pogo Stick, Smooth Bounce, Great Exercise for the Inner Child
Ordered the Vurtego in the winter so it took a while to get it out. Then it took some time to get used to the foot height (it's been decades since I've been on a pogo stick). Now I love it! It provides a very smooth bounce compared to a spring powered pogo stick. I'm up to about 2 minutes at a time after which I'm breathing harder and can feel it in the thighs. I look forward to increasing my endurance and bounce height (I will never be going for flips :-) Not growing up can be fun and good for your health (I always use a helmet).
