Macroderma Professional crystal and diamond Microdermabrasion machine

I am an Aesthetician/ business owner, and I ordered this machine to replace a cheap, small one that quit on me after 10 months. Since diamond Dermabrasion is 80% of my income right now I bought this rather expensive one, however it is less expensive than other professional machines. This is very powerful! It's got a very strong suction that can be adjusted from milder suction to super strong. I used it on my face just to test it and found that the stronger suction was too strong for me which I rarely see in machines. It's fairly compact so it's great for smaller treatment rooms like I have. I don't plan on using the crystal microderm because the crystals have questionable chemicals in them and I base my business on natural skin care services without a lot of synthetic chemicals. This machine is a great buy! You can look elsewhere for a professional machine but you will not find one at this price that also is just as good, (if not better), than the expensive models. The only complaint I have is that the instructions were very confusing. Packaged very well too! And a plus...you get 3 diamond derm wands along with a full face and body set of nice diamond tips with filters. These wands and tips are usually around $120 on their own so it really is a great buy!

I like the crystal part of this machine, however I do not like the diamond part. The diamond heads seem too ruff and suction seemed too strong on this part. I have had crystal peels at a spa for about one and a half years and that may be why I seem to like crystal better. I called the company and they were very helpful about the suction and told me how to lessen the suction, I will try it again with the diamond heads and see what happens.

I love this machine I have been using the crystal more than diamond. the seller was awesome. quick response. I needed help in certain things and he was so willing to help right away to make sure I was satisfied! will definitely buy the crystals from them in the future.

I am a salon owner and have used several different microdermabrasionmachines in the past. I was looking to add another machine since weare getting a lot of requests for microdermabrasion treatments. Myother machine costs over 4k but I dont come close to using fullsuction power that it is capable of so I was looking to get a moreaffordable machine that can still get the job done on a professionallevel. I did quite a bit of research and decided to go ahead and givethis a try and if I wasn't satisfied I knew I could easily return itbecause Amazon is really good with returns.As it turns out this is great machine. I normally use the crystsluhhfunction since that gives better results in my experience but it wasnice to have the option for the diamond function which I can usearound the eyes. Its easy to switch between the 2 different functions.The suction power has more than enough capabity as that was my mainconcern. I dont need to use the full power on this machine most of thetime unless I ask my clients if they want more suction power. Also, Ibuy the crystals locally from my own crystal supplier that I have beenusing and they work just as good as with my other machine. I wanted tomake sure that I could use my own supplier of crystals. Overall Imhappy with my purchase and have had no issues. I will update if I run into any.
