Ink not accepted by printer
I had purchased this pack of ink toner . When I tried loading it, the system rejected this toner saying that the toner pack is not original and partly empty and not accepted by printer. It repeatedly asks me.to not try reloading it again as it will not be accepted. It also flashes the message that , thebprinter can be loaded now only when the drum is fully empty. I have been using the printer without reloading waiting for the drum to get fully empty . I will them reattempt with this kit. It is shocking as this is supposed to be original hp kit. Please be ware

Genuine and original product.
I recently buy this product and was confused about its originality but found it very genuine . And it was very easy to refill it to my printer by myself only. Very good product

Nothing special about this
It does not seem to fill completely into the printer. There appears to be some toner still in the container. It is not engineered for easy refill by an ordinary home user 😕
