The LEDGE - The Best Auto Cup Holder® Extra Large Car Door Cup Holder

It is a bit difficult to initially get it into the window space in my 2006 Cadillac srx . But they include a card in the cup holder that has links to videos to held and the card is also used to help get it in. It took me a bit of time to get it in but once it’s there it seems all right. I wouldn’t put the window the entire way down till you are sure it is in properly. I have a 32 oz water thermos that measures 3 1/2” across and it holds it very nicely. I just ordered a second one for my husband’s side of the car. I find you need to find a position on the door that doesn’t interfere with the side view mirror and that it is far enough back to lift your bottle out without hitting where the window slopes down in the front. This holder is really stable and sturdy and your bottle stays put. It really is designed to hold bigger bottles and cups , smaller ones may bounce or spill without tight lids. I tend to drink large drinks so it works great for me.

This is a X-large car door cup holder. I drive a Chevy Malibu. When I tried to install this cup holder with the paper like it explained to do, it didn’t work the paper crumbled up. So with my car door open, I rolled the window almost all the way down, liking about 1/2 inch, then then looking over the top of my door looking down so I could see exactly where it was going I placed the back of the cup holder in between the glass and seal. It did take a pretty good push but then it went right in. It’s pretty deep and will hold any cup or bottle that I have. I love these.

This is a large cup holder. It fits a 40oz metal water bottle just fine. To install they give you a thick sheet of paper to place between the window and slide the cup holder lip down in, then remove the paper. I really like how large it is. What I do not care for is the fact that it does Not fit every vehicle the same. I own a 2016 Chevy Traverse. The lip does Not fit down inside the window enough to feel safe leaving a cup of liquid sitting in the holder when you exit the vehicle and shut the door. My fear is it would jump out from the window and make a mess. The lip is not wide enough on the flat portion to allow the holder to fit properly in my vehicle. If the lip that fits inside the window area was longer I might not fear it falling. But as you can see from my second photo the lip does not slide down very far. It is very nicely made.

The cup holder is very sturdy and holds cups/bottles of any size. I am enjoying my cup holders very much!

2024 Ram 2500 4x4 Crew Cab, it does not sit straight up. Instead it leans forward and allows for the drink to spill out if it is more than 3/4 full. Love the product idea and tried to make modifications to it to make it fit. Sadly, it did not and in the trash they go due to the mods I tried. For a smaller vehicle, they probably work wonderfully and will hold anything you put in them. For a work truck, I did not have luck. Would recommend for smaller vehicles though.

Love this cup holder. All other cup holders were too narrow to fit my door. This one is wider to fit the area between the window and inside of the door. The cup holder part is also big enough to fit larger beverages when buying a fountain drink or large coffee at a convenience store. It also fits my tall yeti mug. It's very stable. The basket part is larger than a standard aluminum can, or small bottled water so they wiggle a bit, but is deep enough that they do not tip and still works just fine. My car only has 2 cup holders in the console, and with my phone holder in one spot (I need it for the gps), so there was only one spot left. This cup holder is a perfect solution. Now both my husband and myself have a place for a beverage. It worked so well, that I bought another one for the passenger side. It was a little tricky getting it in place...it seemed like it did not want to slide in the door. However, when reading instructions on the thin piece of cardboard that comes with it and then using that cardboard to secure the cup in the window, it slides right in. Just be sure that if you roll down the window, you may have to hold the cup holder in place when rolling up the window, as sometimes it can ride up a bit.

Very sturdy. I really wanted these to work for us. These simply would not fit our doors- way too tight and still sticking up a good inch. 2005 Buick. Was afraid they would damage something if forced.

I use this cup holder on the passenger side of my vehicle. I had a cheaper model from another store which was really flimsy, only paid a few bucks for it,. I used it a lot, and because it was so flimsy I lost it somewhere. I told my husband I wanted to get another one but they weren't selling them anymore. So I looked up on Amazon and found this one, and am very pleased with quality, and it's very sturdy. Love it...
