This product is absolutely amazing! I have really thick hair and before I brought this product my roots were crazy thick and I was working on 3 months post relaxer ( I'm talking crazy new growth) when I applied this flat iron only at 350 degrees this completely straightens my roots. It's stylish, very light and just am amazing flat iron. I will deff be ordering another flat iron in pink for myself and sister. I stringy recommend this flat iron. It's a must have ladies! Plate fell of when new, now a plate cracked. The cocky company rep says I have to pay $25 to replace a defective product under warranty. Piece of crap!

Awesome hair straightenener! Has stood the test of time. Never had any problem with cord breakage and gets very hot. Only bad thing is I have already had to purchase 2. Each one I have purchased first time dropping on carpeted floor the ceramic has shattered. I've dropped many straighteners and never had the ceramic shatter the way this does.
