Had to take my baby to the ER because his sister shut his finger in the door. Of course we get home and he walks right back and sticks his finger back in the crack. We ordered this and it is better than I was expecting. it has been sturdy for a few weeks so far, was super easy to install, blends in well. I’m thinking of giving them out as baby shower gifts!

Very durable plastic quality. This is better than the other brand PinchNot. This is not some plastic cardboard folded in half. This is a full plastic with no hollow parts inside like PinchNot. This is extremely well built and it seems to be made from Europe.

Great protection

It is a good product to prevent finger pinching for kids. Easy to install and does the job well and doesnt look to bad either. Probably quite expensive to be honest considering the materials used, but went with the good reviews.

Après que notre fille de 18 mois se soit coincé par deux fois les fois dans la charnière de la porte de la SDB (et perdu 2 ongles), nous avons cherché une solution et cet accessoire est le seul que nous ayons trouvé. Il fait très bien l’affaire, l’adhésif est très puissant, une fois en place la protection ne bouge plus. Attention toutefois à coller la protection bien au dessus de votre barre de seuil, nous avons fait la bêtise de coller la protection trop bas et la porte ne fermait plus. Nous avons dû découper le bas de la protection au cutter car l’adhésif est si puissant qu’on ne voulait pas décoller et recoller.Je recommande complètement cette protection de charnière quand la porte est placée dans un endroit sensible pour les petits doigts.

It wasn’t difficult to fit it to the door however I expected it to lean on the wall when it’s closed but instead it leans away from it. The glue is very sticky and strong on it. Once you stuck it on the door it really difficult to remove it and adjust the angle. Also it pulls my door back a bit when it’s open fully. It’s just annoying but does the job. A overpriced for what it is.

Relatively easy to install. We weren't using it to protect little fingers but for a different purpose so we completely disregarded the (not brilliant) instructions that came with it. Using common sense we were able to fit it perfectly for our purpose and it's still up, doing the job, 3 months later. Definitely value for money and looks quite good.

Cannot recommend this enough. I used to get anxious whenever any of my kids used the door. With this in place, it's one less worry as I know their fingers are safe.
