INTERDYNAMIC R134A Valve Hose

Worked fine but it's too short. I should have bought the longer one. I was able to use this one buta longer one would have made things much simpler. With this shorter one, I was unable to hold thecan of freon upright. It had to be held sideways due to engine area restrictions on my 2003 Camrywhich has the port at the rear of the engine compartment in front of the firewall.Not a lot of room to work in.

I wish the low end plug end was made of brass, from what I've seen that's rare now days. Time will tell if the plastic fitting endures, works fine so far. This beats using the hose without a gauge, and the gauge kind where you have to hold the trigger.

I have three sons and I like to work on their cars myself and show them how to fix some simple things on their cars. Replacing brake pads and recharging the A/C are things we fix together. The Interdynamics GBM2CS R134A Valve & Hose was just what I was looking for.

Works as it should

I bought one of these and a couple of cans of 134a at my local Oreilly's and wasted mostof the two cans of 134a (at $14.00 a can) due to the lousy flat gasket they use on the canfitting. IT LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE AND YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!I used it on two different manufacturers 12oz cans and they both leaked badly.This is due to a flat black rubber washer that does not do the job.I went back to Oreilly's and bought the EZ chill 18oz can with gauge and hose and it workedgreat.
