Let me first say that I did hours of reviews between Rapid Reboot (RR) and NormaTec. All of the 48 reviews on RR were perfect giving them 5 stars and there were not many reviews on the NormaTec. I looked at all of the videos on the pairs of boots. I decided to go with RR because of the price along with having a carrying case I did not have to pay extra for.I first called NormaTec and had to leave a message. After several hours I decided to call RR and they answered the call on the 2nd ring. I was able to 5% off because of Fathers day which was a nice plus. The lady I spoke with was honest and explained all the advantages of RR. When I mentioned NormaTech boots and comparing them to RR all she said was they were also a good company. After she was so honest about NormaTech and did not bash the company I decided to purchase RR.I bought the boots for my son who is 14 and after working with his personal trainer in the gym he goes and trains for 3 hours in soccer. After his hard leg workouts in the gym he would put the RR's on for 30 minutes. After he had been using them daily for 2 weeks I asked him could he tell that RR was helping and he said yes. When I asked how did he know he said that his legs felt light after using them. I think the word "light" was interesting because I read several reviews that said after using RR their legs felt "Light".Customer service is Excellent!!! my wife was removing the cable from the box and broke a prong that was on the cable which you plug into the box. Even after breaking this prong the unit still worked but was just a little louder. Oh Yeah you can barley hear this unit running. I called RR and they answered once again and sent me a replacement part that took a couple of minutes to fix at no charge since it has a warranty. My son is 5'6 and I purchased the large and it is perfect for him. LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this product.

We bought these to use during our Ironman training and post-IM Chattanooga 70.3. These are simply amazing and have definitely gotten good use out of them so far. The pants are true to size and set up is uncomplicated and quick.

I’ve been training for some Masters Track events for about 6 months. 4 months prior to buying these. What a difference! Soreness is almost non existent after hard workouts. I can’t say I enjoy the time I spend in these but I love the results. They squeeze all the toxins that build up during training. I use once or twice a day...everyday. They have helped my recovery tremendously. Yes they are expensive. But they work. If you want to spend less time recovering and more time training then this is your ticket.

My boot zipper ripped and I have reached out on multiple platforms since my warranty is covered. No response from anyone! It is also supposed to be covered

Very Bulky and awkward to use. If there was not a second person to help put the leg portion on, it would be next to impossible. The box to specify settings was heavy and not convenient to have next to you. Did not notice a big change in the neuropathy. 2nd & 3rd settings stopped working after being used three times. Am interested in getting a full refund. There were no return labels or information pertaining to a return.

Fabulous - absolutely fabulous. I use them every night for 30 mins before bed and its done wonders to my training - fresher legs and better sessions!! Get a set for your living room!!!

I first tried them at Chattanooga 70.3 this year the day before as well as right after completing the race. Normally i would have been really sore the next day taking my time to walk anywhere but i was back up and at it. I'm currently Training for Florida 140.6 and they have come in very handy after long rides and run. My friends like to come and use them too after workouts! Definitely would recommend.

Very well-made product and I feel it would probably do well for a younger person. I am over 80 years old and found that I could not handle the weight in the bulk. Unfortunately I have no choice but to return it.
