I am having my exterior house painted and to make it complete, I put up new light. They add so much to the new paint scheme and match it perfectly.

Takes awhile to put together but the quality is good

This product does everything it is suppose to do. Whit the four wheels it move easily through the yard. The only i Can say against it is the connecting house can crimp. But other than that it is a good buy. Just so you know it is made in China.

It’s a bit challenging to install the crank handle and connect it to the hose reel, but it is OK.It would be much better if the hose reel had a smooth, rounded cylinder instead of the four steel rods bent at 90-degree angles, which cause the garden hose to kink.I’ll need to add a PVC pipe to create a smooth, round surface for the hose. Please see the attached photo.

It took two orders, the original and a replacement for the original, to get enough undamaged parts to complete the assembly of the Karmas Hose Cart. Some of the parts were damaged in shipment, but the most frustrating issue was that the axle sleeves on the bottom frame were not welded in a correct plane so that the axles could be slipped through the sleeves...poor workmanship by the manufacturer!Also, this supplier/seller does not provide a free return, even if the return is due to damage or poor quality. The customer pays for the return shipping and then must request a reimbursement from Amazon.

We planted new trees and it requires watering, was dragging 2 - 75 ft hoses around, trying to get watering done in this heat oh my goodness, it has cut down on time dragging the heavy hose around, it reels up great! The big tires make hauling the cart around the yard easier, oh how I wish we would have ordered it sooner. To date not lost one tree yet, hose in good shape, and a very happy man at this house!

I really love this product! I had a minor issue with the water spraying out from a tiny crack and customer service helped me and corrected the problem in such a quick manner. They were very polite and invested in fixing the issue. We use this for our 200+ foot hose. My kids can easily push it and always race to get to it first which is nicer than them not wanting to help with the heavy hose lol I do recommend this product especially if you want to save room and keep your yard/garage clean with extra space.

Thankfully, my husband is very skilled & mechanical & therefore, was able to assemble this hose cart despite the incredibly inadequate instructions & less than stellar design. Sadly, he somehow missed the reviews that mentioned these drawbacks. While it looks nice, I fully expect it to leak as other reviews mentioned. We shall see & even so, I doubt we’ll exercise the time & effort to disassemble the cart to return it (fairly certain the seller is banking on this). If you possess mad interpretative skills, love a challenge & think out of the box, these instructions will be right up your alley.
