Our Traeger grill at work went kaput but all it needed was this. Simple to install and it is still working, I think I replaced it at least 2 years ago, that’s longer than the original lasted.

This part fit and worked perfectly. Some of the other reviewers we're dissatisfied because it came with a clip versus the pictures bolt/nut. I would say the clip is actually better than the bolt as it is much easier to install and especially remove. If the auger jams in the wrong position, getting access to the head of the bolt may be difficult. The clip is NOT flimsy as it is made of steel but there is a little more slop in the connection as the clip is thinner than the bolt. But, I did not use either. When my auger froze up due to swelled and died pellets, the pot metal gears in the gear reduction box of the motor destroyed themselves. You are not going to shear the clip pin nor the bolt when the auger jams - you are going to destroy the gears again. In proper operation, even when the auger is full of pellets, it takes very little torque to turn the auger as you can easily turn it with the tips of your fingers. To avoid destroying the gears again, I am currently using a piece of plastic weed Wacker line as the shear pin- not the steel clip nor bolt. The plastic is currently plenty strong enough to turn the auger without shearing. I don't believe the heat on the other end of the auger will conduct down the auger and melt the plastic line but time will tell. If the plastic fails I will switch to a piece of aluminum wire or a brass screw and never go with the steel as I want the pin to shear before destroying the gears as it costs nothing to replace.I would definitely buy this motor again but hopefully will not have to by getting the proper shear pin material.

Sll these smokers must use the same parts! I didn't know if this eould work but wiring and fit was perfect for my A-Smoke smoker! Sad part the smoker was under 1 year old and the motor died... Hopefully this one is better quality snd lasts longer as it was a PIA to remove the old and put in the new! But it went strong for the 4th of July brisket!thank upu for such quick shipping!

I had to return the first motor because it didn’t work. Amazon accepted the broken motor and quickely shipped me a new one. My Traeger BBQ 075 now works 😀😀.

My motor went out and I decided to go with a non Treager motor. This one works perfect, dropped right in and was super easy to install. I have used it for months now and I probably use my Treager 3 plus times a week. This was a great purchase.

Packaging looked great too many other people bitching about broken light didn’t have this problem looks like a great product let you know after I get it hooked up

I have a well used tregar grill and ended up having the motor go out. This helped revive an old unit and now I’m back to grilling! Beats having to buy a new grill. Thank you for the product!
