Just what we needed
Bought this for the office. Great size not too small or too big. Everyone seems to enjoy it. I was just shocked with how many people never played scrabble!

Good, but not exactly what I expected.
I bought this as a gift to my daughter (21.) She loved it and we have used it many times since purchase. The only thing I can say is I thought the tiles would "snap" into place and they don't. I thought that is what the description said, but I can't remember. They don't snap into place, but the pegs do prevent the tiles from shifting during play. It is still really helpful. My daughter loves over an hour away from me, and I was hoping to be able to save games with the snap in tiles, so we could continue play during the next visit. Other than that the board, tiles, pegs, and tile holder are all well made.

The tile retention pins really do the job. Might be a little frustrating for unsteady hands to get tiles in place but once in they stay in place.
