Its not a ballerina type petticoat.Pros:- it doesn't make much noise, so you can be a petticoat assassin if that's your kinda thing- it does give dresses a satisfying poofCons:- The tulle is a little bit too rigid. This helps it keep it's shape, but it's not super soft and flowy like I'd hoped.I bought a petticoat from a different brand (XinChangShangMao) a while ago the Tulle and underskirt were soooo much softer. I'll probably keep this but if I was buying again, I think I'd just get the extra long from the other brand.

This is a staple skirt all women and girls should have. This skirt is absolutely perfect..like Mary Poppins perfect! It has the perfect amount of poof and lift and twirl. It’s still modern enough to wear now and it removed the corniness of the original version that existed in the 80’s. This can be goth, punk rock, retro or just ultra girly. In black, this skirt especially paired with a moto leathet jacket and platform 4 inch boots is insane. If it ever is ruined, I will buy another. As a matter of fact, I will buy another just to have it on hand.

I am shortwaisted so i had to wear the waist way higher to fit under the dress I also bought on Amazon. Well made and looked great with 50's costume

It was perfect for the 50’s style A-line dress I had for an event. Perfect fit and nice quality crinoline. Well worth the money I spent.
