This lip balm is very moisturizing or hydrating. It also plumps up the lips. It can be applied as a thin layer before putting on a lipstick. Also, you only need to apply it just twice a day to keep your lips soft and supple. No need to keep reapplying like other lipbalms. It also doesn't have a fragrance as such.I have been using it for a year. As of the lip lightening part, it did make a little difference but not that great. Also, it contains 15g so it would last you looooong! If you want to keep trying new balms this might give u a guilt trip 😅Overall happy! :) You can purchase as a moisturizing lip balm.Also it contains oxybenzone.. so look out for it

Firstly it says lip lightening balm, forget about lip lightening it doesn't even moisture lips..It's not a stick,it melts at room temp and difficult to useIt behaves like an oil when yu apply on your lips,it does spoil the matte finish of your lipstick also does soften your lips at alIt's so expensive when compared to other brands available,i still bought for the above reviews but trust me one would regret badly
