Great quality for the price
I was looking for a travel skirt. I saw this skort and decided that it may be more suited to my needs since it had the shorts underneath. I am short (5'1") so the length was perfect for me as a short skirt, and the style flattered my frame. Because it light weight and will not wrinkle, it is a fabulous addition to my travel wardrobe. Depending upon the event, I also feel this skirt can function for dressy evenings or casual days. For the price, this is a quality product, and I am pleased with my purchase.

Recommend giving it a try if...
This review is specific to #168 Blue or #168 Black Style - it's one of the straighter styles without pleats, and WITH the zip pocket on the back (which I will mention repeatedly because I just noticed there are actually several different styles in this one listing.)I always find this info helpful when I'm reading reviews: I'm 5'3" 130ish lbs, kinda fit but with a little squish. Reference sizes at all the G@P Brands: Size S leggings, XS flowy tops, S fitted tops, 2, 4 or 6 jeans depending on what type of vanity sizing they're going with that year LOL. On Amazon, usually torn between S and M skort and top sizes. I tried this one (#168 Blue) in a size S.I try on A LOT of skorts, and many under $30 from Amazon, and with so many being nearly-identical/too long/boring/crazy pattern/funny material/etc, this one stands out as being different. It's a nice short length, about finger-tip length, with a straight fit - it doesn't a-line or fly away, no extra fabric. No pleats (yay!) On me, it had enough structure and space to NOT be a bodycon pencil fit - but still straight and somewhat fitted. Basically, it's my favorite cut that's hard to find. The material at the bottom is stretchy and forgiving, but not all wavy and loose - giving structure and style without cling. It appears nicely sewn and looks like it will hold up (washing instructions state to hang to dry). The part that makes this a return for me (in this moment), IMO makes it worth trying for others: the top/waistline. It's pretty UNstructured compared to the rest of the skirt. Almost like a mini version of the top of maternity pants, that super stretchy light-weight material almost like a tankini top material. I would have LOVED it a few years back.So I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND giving #168 Black or #168 Blue a try if you are looking for a cute/slightly sexy/short/somewhat fitted skort that has LOTS of flexibility at the top that would probably get you through many months before and after baby. There's a drawcord inside that's placed a little lower (closer to your hip crease) that would be super helpful for this..... Or if a super comfy/pajama-like top of the skorts contrasted with a structured slimmer-fit mini-skirt like bottom sounds like what you need, this could be a winner. These could work as swim bottoms/splash pad/water park wear, and still look cute and structured enough to go to dinner in with a pretty top. Great vacation wear. The shorts under seem comfy as well - the right length, nice stretchy light-weight material. Can't comment to them staying in place or not, as I mostly just stood in the mirror trying to talk myself into keeping them because they ARE really cute. With a shorter or tucked shirt, the soft top bunched a bit more than I wanted for the overall look. But I found them intriguing and wanted to write a review because as I mentioned, I would have loved these before and after a baby.

Thin material and it did not have pockets
The material is really thin but because there is 2 layers it looks fine. It does fit just slightly big. The pockets i discovered are on the shorts layer and not on the skirt. Even though the picture shows the pockets on the outside of the skirt. I do really like it though and am excited to wear it for the summer time.
