I have purchased this product on 08 JAN 26. The product quality is really good. Both keyboard and mouse works well. The keyboard is lightweight and mouse more convenient to use. Battery not provided for both keyboard and mouse,so purchased two battery separately.

Update: 20th Oct 2023: The keyboard and mouse stopped responding, I m guessing there is something wrong with the receiver. In order to claim warranty we need to fill a form online and ship the apckage to them. It is a tedious process but nothing out of the ordinary. Similar warranty claim process for many smaller companies. Old review: This is a genuine review but a real human who bought and will be using this device. I believe in giving reviews to companies that are doing a great job and Portronics is one of those companies, they offer decent quality at a good price. Keyboard: This is being typed using the amazing keyboard while not a mechanical keyboard there is a decent about of travel and a satisfying feeling when typing. The keys are silent and that is something that is helpful for work keyboard which is what this is going to be, I love it. For context this is coming from someone that uses a variety of custom mechanical keyboard with the highest quality keys available in the market some being imported from Europe. While not a mechanical keyboard the keys have travel which makes a lot of difference and there is a push back that I can feel on my fingers, one con would be that the keys aren't as soft to press so finger fatigue will be an issue at first, but you will adjust to the strength required to press these. I will be using this keyboard roughly 12 hours a day. Mouse: The mouse is very quiet, but you can feel the clicks, obviously not in comparison to a gaming mouse but compared to normal mice available in the market the devices are really good quality. The mouse seems to have a feature where it auto shuts down after a while of inactivity and the best part it snaps back to life the moment you click. The devices are good enough that I want to do a review on them and let everyone know how good these keys on the keyboard feel and how good the mouse is. I unfortunately missed that there were different colour options available and chose something that pops but isn't matching my setup but it's all good. The quality is really satisfying. Almost forgot the combo comes with two AA batteries which I highly appreciate. I would have had to run out into the rain to grab AA batteries otherwise. Love what you guys at Portronics are doing. Keep it up. I will update the review after a few months IF anything changes.

It's working very well since 4 months, worth the price and quality

This product is very superb to use. There is no noises while using both keyboard and mouse.I recommend others to purchase it.

I brought this in 2023, I felt very satisfied with the product, after 2 years the constant use of mouse the mouse buttons sensitivity reduced ( Scroll button-feels odd when scroll, Left and right button: I need to press really hard), Keyboard still working perfectly. Pros : very good, especially mouse design really comfortable Cons : Long term issues.

Great product but their are some bad thing in the product 1st shift key is so small in right side 2nd you can not on off manually 3rd connectivity issue like if your keyboard its work great if some time it is not connect then you have to worried to connect this it can not connect easily

Good product

Definitely a unique and compact keyboard and mouse combo. All shortcuts and media playback are present on keyboard. No batteries in box for some strange reason. Mouse scroll is not good hence reducing a star. Apart from that everything is great.
