A Decent Cheap Solution, if you don't need it for security purposes
Of the four pack, two worked great, one had very poor night vision, and one had significant issues with displaying appropriate colors. The company quickly provided replacements for the two malfunctioning cameras.Pros:--Easy to set up.--Easy to mount.--Sturdy enough.--The phone app has a screen that shows all four cameras at once.--The phone app has the option to immediately start recording.--The night vision is better than I expected for the price.--I can grant access to other usersCons:--It 100% requires an active internet connection (it will not function on a wifi network alone)--There is a lag. Normally, it's 3-4 seconds. At times, it's 3-4 minutes. I assume this is due to network speed issues somewhere between here and wherever their servers are based.--While I can see all four cameras at once on my small phone screen, the web app you can access from a computer will not. You can view only one camera at a time, and they frequently time out and must be reloaded. You would not be able to use this system to have a "live look" constantly up on a screen somewhere.--The web app does not have a button to start recording.--The web app makes me log in each time I open it. It won't "remember me". This is pretty annoying if the dog is barking and I want to take a quick peek to see what's up out there.

Good buy!
Been using them at least a year now and I can say it was a good buy. Some time they freeze but keep in mind they are wifi cameras they need high quality high speed internet. Ill say that there cloud system could be cheaper for 30 days.

Android App and Support are Terrible. Won't buy again!
Below is my novel about these cameras. I sent this same review to the company. Who knows if they'll do anything about it.I'm normally not so critical about product reviews, but when I spend a lot of money and time on a product and the company doesn't do their job to help me, the below review is the result.REVIEW MESSAGE:Hello,I don’t know why I’m writing this. The chance of anyone who cares actually reading it and doing something about it are probably zero, but at least I tried.I have 9 Zmodo Full HD 1080p Outdoor Wireless Security Cameras at my home. I also have a Zmodo Greet HD doorbell camera installed as well. I've been using the cameras for 2 months now. I like the cameras and the images they provide. However, I feel MUCH differently about the meShare and Zmoto Android apps and the support Zmodo provides for the cameras.I provided a 1-star review of these apps in the Google Play store and received a canned response from the ap developer via Google Play telling me I should call your support for assistance with my problems and was assured they could help me. They have provided this same response to many other people complaining of specific app-related problems as well.I have a technical background and have tried many things to get the cameras and the apps to do what they are advertised to do but have been unable to fix the issues I'm having. Having had poor results using phone support for cameras in the past, and against my better judgement, I took the advice of in developer note left in the feedback area of Google Play and called Zmodo support at 866-686-5335. I waited on hold for 17 minutes before connecting to a gentlemen who had zero answers to my questions other than he couldn't help me with any of the below problems I'm having:First problem: The doorbell camera doesn't alert my android phone or tablet when someone pressed the doorbell button. Only when I open the meShare or Zmodo app will I see an alert and by then the person is long gone. The response to this problem by the support person I spoke with was "I have heard of that happening to some people”. That's all he said. No offer to fix it, no idea what causes it, just a shoulder-shrug and silence on the other end of the phone from him. I said "So there you no solution for this problem?" and he said no and just sat there quietly waiting for my next question.Second Problem: Nearly every time I attempt to retrieve a motion detection video clip from the cloud, the app reports "There's no video available for this period", (see attached picture of screenshot from phone). So I go back to the motion video clip list and select the exact same video and this time it will play the clip. This is very annoying! The support person’s response to this problem.... "I can't help you with that."Third Problem: Retrieving video clips often takes as much as 30 seconds for each clip to begin playing. The amount of lag time to play a cloud-based video clip is unacceptable. No other app that plays video has this kind of lag. Once again, the support guy says it he can't help me but would let someone know, which I know is never gonna happen. His support (or lack there-of) for me ended the minute I hung of the phone.In closing, I will not be recommending Zmodo camera to my friends or clients. I can't in good conscience do that when the app experience is so terrible. I plan to move in less than 6 months. When I do, these cameras will stay here and I'll be buying a camera solution from another company that has better software and support people that care about their work and actually want to help solve problems for their customers, not just post meaningless fluffy comments on their reviews.Mike VailVail EnterprisesSanta Rosa, CA. used these cameras for 7+ years now
I've been using these cameras since 2017. Just bought my 8th camera today (Aug 2024). very good price. Easy to set up. The app works great and I can also put the cameras onscreen at work from my laptop. Notifications work great, I know within seconds when anybody pulls up in my driveway or walks up on one of my doors. I've never purchased the cloud storage. I rely solely on what is free which is notifications and on demand viewing. So far haven't needed cloud yet. HD looks great and has improved over the years. Some of my older cameras could use an upgrade but if it aint broke, don't fix it.UPDATE: July 2025 just bought 2 more. I’m reducing from 5 stars to 3 stars. Camera is great but the mounts are flimsy. The old ones are great, new mounts break at the slightest pressure. My 2 new screw mounts broke! See pic.

One works great. One was broken.
They’re priced right and the video quality is great. However, they are made of metal. I noticed that right away, commenting thinking oh this is going to be great! Grabbed one and pulled it out of the box and before I could even think about installing it the screw on the body literally fell off in my hand. The metal broke not the screw. The actual metal casing of this camera was broken. So the next camera I got out of the box was intact. I hung it up. It’s working great but sadly I need the piece that broke in order to hang up the other camera so it was a 50-50 on this one for me.
