Horrible company . I have wrote them a minimum of 3 times Explaining that the head of the clippers is missing, so cannot use the item . need it replaced or returned . only responded once saying a battery pack did not come with it , never addressed my issue !! the other two times they have never responded !!!!absolutely ridiculous for eight $80 item ..... not happy with this at all . I would still appreciate a full refund .

I ordered this to dry shave our hairy chest patin for Ekgs or procedures. It works great! Thus is my second one, the first one lasted 10 years.

The picture is badly misleading, this does not come with a head (or a charger for that matter). This is worthless to the general public and a misrepresentation by the seller.

There is no blade or charger.....what am I supposed to do without these two items..........I feel as if I have been defrauded!

The unit was shown complete in the advertisement. I did not realize that it did not come with a charger and the razor head. Those had to be ordered seperately. I know the razor itself works great, because I saw it used in the hospital. Just didn't think I was going to spend close $400.00 for the whole unit and have to wait so long to get it.

Absolutely useless without the razor head and charging port. Also apparently you can’t get a refund even though you can’t use it.129.00 just wasted!

This product is a piece of junk. I did not get the head to the shaver and they responded saying that it comes separately. I have looked at other reviews and now I see everyone has the same issue. Amazon needs to flag this product and remove the 3rd party seller. The amount of money it costs to get this and now all I have is a piece of junk. Amazon please do something about this seller.Thornton Bester

The electric razor doesn't come with razors. To buy razors you have to buy them in the hundreds. And it's not returnable.
