I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

They work great! The taste is okay considering they are dissolving tablets. You get a ton of tablets for the price! It’s great! Most importantly I get tired within 30 minutes of taking!

Good product but melatonin messes with my gut so I can't take it.

I tried their gummies but they didn’t work for me. There are in tablet form and work well. Helps getting to sleep quickly.

I take melatonin every night before bed. I put a tablet under my tongue and let it dissolve. It has a nice fruity flavor and doesn’t leave any chalky residue! I find that it helps me wind down at the end of the day and have a more restful night sleep.

Dissolves quickly and tastes great! It quiets my mind so that I'm able to fall asleep.
