Didn't need the dispenser but ordered because tape refills were a better price than if bought separately. Turns out I liked the newer, lower profile dispenser design better than the older style. I only buy 3M brand tape because the quality is best.

I like the frostiness; it almost disappears when used. I've never had a problem with any Scotch brand tapes.

I bought this because I'm sick of searching for the tape. With this thing at least I can find it and it's easier for me to use with my arthritis.

An extra roll of tape AND a dispenser for a dollar cheaper than the other set? Score! When it arrived with 5 boxes of tape, I took it as a "glitch" and let it go.CON: I reordered the set a year later & it is *not a glitch.It *says you will get 6 Rolls of Tape but BOTH times I've received 5.POSITIVE: If 5 is enough for you, the tape dispenser is really good quality & worth more than a dollar IMO.
