Bought this as an upgrade for my old Logitech USB headset to use for my new job. The sound quality is so much clearer. It's nice that it's own software is included.

Unfortunately, I've encountered significant issues with this Jabra headset The design has some flaws: The folding mechanism of the earpieces is problematic, causing the microphone to frequently touch my face. Customers report hearing disruptive noises when I move my head, as the mic scrapes against my skin. The earpieces fold too easily, exacerbating the microphone placement issue. Several customers have reported static feedback from the microphone. While the headset is compact and easy to fold, these design flaws significantly impact its functionality and professional use. This experience has been disappointing and somewhat embarrassing during customer interactions.

Good headset but I wish it would have had the controls to mute the mic (reason for the 3 stars) Noise canceling is pretty good but not great. Sound is amazing on them though.

Sounds good. I wish there was a cushion on the top of the head. The new version is cushioned now but this one isn’t and bothers the top of my head.

Volume on max on my phone, and if I'm not in a perfectly silent room there is no way I can hear. There doesn't appear to be a volume control on these at all and have them as a travel option with the 75s at the home office. Ive had them around too long to return otherwise these would definitely go back as they appear defective or poor design.

Missing volume control piece and I had to pay a restocking fee of $42 to return it (despite it being a Prime product). 0/10 - do NOT buy!!!

Lead you to believe the control unit comes with it but it doesn’t. Make sure your pc has usb or you’re out of luck because the control unit advertised does not come with it

I bought it for my sales calls , quality of microphone was important for me, and product claims has 3 microphone that 2 of them are doing background noice cancelation. I used it and did recording and listen to it and my free iphone earset is far more superior quality comparing to this products. I returned it

クリアな音質にも満足していますが、何より自分の声以外のノイズがほぼ入らず最高に快適です。どれくらいノイズが入らないかと言うと、、 ・ブームマイクが上がっているだけで声が入らないため、WEB会議相手に音声が入っていないと指摘される。 ・小さめの音量でテレビがついた部屋で2歳児を遊ばせながらWEB会議しても気づかれない。 ・別の部屋で子供が大泣きしていてもWEB会議相手に伝わらない。 ・電車が往来する駅のホームでWEB会議をしても、家から参加していると思われる。 これまでAirPods Proや、骨伝導ヘッドセットのOpenComm、オーディオテクニカのリベリアマイクやコンデンサーマイク、Ankerのpowerconfなど様々なマイクを試してきましたが、ついに決定版を見つけられたという想いです。 気になる点を挙げるとすると以下のようなところです。 ・ヘッドフォン側(聞く方)にノイズキャンセリングは無く、オンイヤータイプで密閉感も無いため、雑音が多い場所(駅のホームなど)では相手の声が聞こえにくい。 ・ヘッドバンドが細いオンイヤータイプなので仕方ないですが、収まりのいい装着位置が定まりにくい。(一度見つければ気になりません) ・側圧はやや強めのため、長時間のWEB会議では耳や頭が痛くなることがある。 自分が発言しないWEB会議は、快適な装着感で全く疲れない骨伝導ヘッドセットopencomm。駅など雑音が多い場所ではAirPods Pro。 自分が発言するWEB会議では、本商品をと言うように使い分けています。 店頭に並んでいない商品で試聴も出来ず、ネット上でもあまり情報も無い商品ですが、勇気を出して購入してよかったです。

語学教師です。オンラインで授業をしたり、ビデオ教材を作ったりしていますが、自宅が幹線道路沿いであまり静かな環境ではないため、こちらを購入しました。 目の前の通りを救急車が通ってもほとんど相手に聞こえないほどノイズキャンセリング機能が優れているので、その点は期待以上、大変満足しています。 Chromebookでも問題なく使えています。 ただ仕方ないこととはいえ、やはり有線コードは邪魔なので、星マイナス１評価とさせて頂きます。 -追記- 娘の志望大学の総合選抜入試で、プレゼンテーションと面接をオンラインで行うことになっており、先日受験しました。これが大いに活躍してくれたので、お値段高かったですが非常に良い買い物をしたと思っています。

PC接続で電話、会議用に購入。届いた時から拾ってない音があるなぁと思っていましたが、聞こえる時もあったのでマイクの位置の問題かなと思いそのまま使っていました。先日会議で聞こえないと言われたのと、音が切れててなんて言っているかわからないと別々の会議で2回続けて指摘を受けました。PCの接続の問題もあるかもですが高い買い物でしたので残念で仕方ないです。
