Pretty and sleek. Only issue I have is that incense sticks are thinner than the hole to insert them in. they lean over past the base so as it burns the ashes fall outside the catch area. Otherwise a 5

The design looks great, however, not very practical. The cube is too small to catch all the ash so my coffee table is a mess. Perhaps trimming the length of the stick before burning is an easy solution.

Craftsmanship was good but the design was flawed. Was way too small to catch all the ashes, particularly since the incense stick sometimes leaned a bit rather than stand straight up.

The sticks burn down to where the stick inserts into the block. *sometimes*, you can dig out the stump with your finger so you can reinsert a new stick. Sometimes you can't. I've tried sharp implements, etc... In now have the two blocks I ordered that sit non-functioning. Do no waste your money.

Overall I knew what I was getting so I can’t fault the product for that. It is a bit pricey considering the small size however.

Looks great in theory but doesnt catch incense ashes. Save your money get a traditional long incense holder.

I like the way it looks, but I end up with ashes all over the counter-top. I stopped using it.
