It is easy to use and full of great features.EASY TO SET UPThe Moza Aircross 2 is my first electronic gimbal. It was easy to setup and balance. Each motor has the ability to lock, which made thegimbal arms very stable while balancing the camera. The L bracket thatmounts to the camera has hatch marks like a ruler, which makes it veryeasy to make precise camera balancing adjustments. It took less than 5minutes to set up the Moza Aircross 2 for the first time.BUILD QUALITYI was quite impressed with the build quality of the Moza Aircross 2.This gimbal is made from metal and high-quality plastics. The batterygrip has a rubberized texture to ensure a secure grip. All of thebuttons and wheels feel sturdy. Also, the roll and pan motors have softrubber covers to prevent camera lens scratches during operation. TheManfrotto quick release plate locks securely in place with almost nowiggle. The Moza Aircross 2 is very well built.STABLE FOOTAGEThe Moza Aircross 2 produces very smooth and stable footage. Thestrong motors have no problem stabilizing my Panasonic GH5 and14-140mm lens. The gimbal motors are strong enough to support the14-140mm lens even when the lens is fully zoomed, extended, and out ofbalance on the tilt axis. The gimbal is also the perfect weight toreduce hand shakes and camera jitters. The Moza Aircross 2 producessmooth footage.FEATURESThe Moza Aircross 2 has so many great features.CAMERA CONTROL for GH5My favorite feature is the gimbal’s ability to connect to my PanasonicGH5 and control camera functions from the gimbal’s wheels and buttons.This gimbal includes several connection cables to accommodate a widevariety of cameras. I used the included M3C-C cable to connect to myGH5. On my GH5, I can control the start & stop record, shutter speed,aperture, and ISO. You can also control focus via the included M3C-CUSB type C connection. This allows users to manually control focusfrom the gimbal without a follow focus motor. Just set the GH5 focusto MF and use the Smart Wheel. The Moza Aircross 2 camera controls [email protected] customer support at Gudsen Moza is excellent! When I firstconnected my Moza Aircross 2 to the Panasonic GH5 with the includedM3C-C cable, I was not able to adjust ISO from the gimbal dial wheel.I emailed customer support, and they immediately replied withsolutions and simple instructions. I just had to set the Panasonic GH5ISO increments to 1/3EV. Now it works perfectly. The Gudsen Mozacustomer support is fantastic!MANFROTTO QUICK RELEASE PLATEThe Moza Aircross 2 includes a Manfrotto quick release plate that issolid. This will make it easy to quickly transition from a Manfrottotripod to the gimbal without having to rebalance the Moza Aircross 2.GIMBAL MENUThe menu on the Moza Aircross 2 is easy to navigate. It also allowsthe user to individually control tilt, roll, and pan modes withoutusing the app.MOZA MASTER APPThe Moza Master App worked reliably on my IOS iPhone 6 & 7. I enjoyedthe mimic feature, and I look forward to trying more of the trackingfeatures.OLED DISPLAYThe OLED display is bright and easy to read.ANGLED ARMThe roll motor is positioned low to allow an unobstructed view of thecamera's display screen. The media could not be loaded. I have been using a Moza Air 2 now for a while and my friend has been using a Ronin S for about 6 months. I bought the Moza Air 2 for its larger size and weight capacity. (I have a canon 5D MkIV) After looking into it I found out that despite the lower weight capacity, the Moza Aircross 2 could handle my camera. So naturally as any gear junkie would, I wanted to try it. The Aircross 2 comes in a super lightweight case that is sturdier than I expected. Really, I didn’t have high hopes because I have a beastly full frame camera that weighs a ton. Mounting and balancing went as usual, except it didn’t at all. I was greeted with these awesome little lock switches on all the arms. So, I could easily lock down all but the axis I’m working on. Powering it on there is a neat led ring light on the wheel that as far as I tell is just an aesthetic but cool nonetheless. Looking at all the features is a bit daunting. The app stuff is going to be super useful when I ever get a chance to set it up. Anyway, the real question I had was how well it will perform with my camera. Well that was the biggest surprise of them all. It handled flawlessly! I couldn’t believe how smooth the crane/jib movements were. And the weight! Wow it felt way lighter than everything else I have ever used. I wouldn’t doubt it if battery ran out before my arms even got tired. Which the batter life is supposed to be about 12 hours. Haven’t had a chance to put that to the test yet. Speaking of the battery, it charges with USB C so that is super convenient. I always have some of those anywhere I’m at. That also makes me wonder if I can throw a power bank in my pocket and plug it into the gimbal to get some ridiculous runtime. Anyway, if you’re on the fence about this gimbal, it’s a good call. I know I could bet my wife is going to be calling dibs every time we're on a shoot together.

Right out of the box it was shaking tried to fix it got no where , tried downloading the new firmware but it will stop at 99% without letting me confirm update was ready for 2 hours. Very frustrating. Returning it when shipping label comes in

Build quality is great and the battery and charging system is amazing. The quick release system is much better than all of the dji gimbals which are a pain to remove and replace. I like the on the fly speed settings right from the gimbal wheel, but unfortunately the stability is substantially worse than the dji ronin and it's impossible for this to keep a level horizon while in motion. upon getting the aircross 2 I balanced my gh5s ( no in body stabilization so i'm relying solely on the gimbal) and tested with excellent on all 3 axis. the first test with auto tune was very poor but boosting the motor power to 85, 100, 100 seemed to make it work better however the record button seems to not work that well so you have to press and press and press until it starts and stops recording. Also theres no half press to focus like on the dji gimbals so when you hit the button and it finally does start recording it will first delay 2 seconds, then focus but hit or miss at that point than start recording. With the ronin sc you half press, focus and start recording immediately and 100% of the time with no issues. The gh5s with 15mm lens is a very light setup so i'm surprised that even at motor strength 100% it's still wobbly. Maybe with a camera with in body stabilization this would have worked great but i'll stock with my gh5s and 10 bit internal over a sony any day.
