I really like this insulated mug because it does keep my cold milk cold not lukewarm; my hot tea stays hot. With my old, traditional mugs, I didn’t like that after I saw down with a cold or warm beverage that after five or ten minutes my drink started to become lukewarm. This mug doesn’t do that. I use my mug a lot and it still insulates well. The handle also makes it easy to hold. One thing though, I only wash it by hand. Matter-of-fact, I’m ordering another one in a few minutes; I like it that well.

If you are A leaf tea drinker you know the hassle of balls coming open always having tea in your cup . This cup is really nice not only is it well made it is strikingly beautiful. A lot of Thought went into the construction and it's nice to gauge how strong you would like your tea. All you do is simply flip it over when it reaches your strength no more guessing.

I actually love this steel insulated tea mug. I love the way it feels and the fact that it keeps things very hit for a long time. I can't give exactly how long it stays hot because I've only gone up to 5 hrs and even at the point it's still decent temp. The one problem I had as well as someone else mentioned In the reviews is the rubber. The rubber in the lid came off and was not the easiest to put back on but it did eventually go back on. This mug will not work without the rubber,every time I turned the mug upside down the liquid would come out. After letting it sit and dry completely I was able to put it back on and haven't really had any problems since.

This tea/coffee mug is much better than I expected. It keeps my coffee hot (and my tea, too), even without the lid on. It never gets hot on the outside and fits well in my hands. The mug is very stable on my nightstand and desk. It looks nice and well made. Definitely my favorite mug!

I was really displeased with this, unfortunately. It's a little tricky to get it screwed back together after putting leaves in it. It seems the threads aren't great, not excellent quality. And far too many of the tea leaves made it through the strainer and into the water. I'll be trying to return this.

Inner plastic seal falls out often leaving with spills and puddles.

This thing will keep the heat for a very long time. It has two lids, one for the basket to use while you steep whatever you are making, to keep the steam and heat in. The other is more of a travel lid to keep things warm after you are done steeping.

I never got to use it. It was not as advertised, so I had to return it...TWICE! I work around hospital medical equipment and computers, and I need to have my drinks closed. The "straw" type feature attracted me to this product, but it wasn't there... Neither was the small cup as advertised. Although it was very pretty, I bought it for work and had to return it. I was sent an exchange, but had to return it as well because it was the same thing. The 2-star rating is for the advertisement, NOT the product itself. Someone would love this item! Just be fair when advertising.
