Poor customer service
I love Ashford products and own several. However, this item was missing the breakband upon opening the package. I have tried contacting Ashford and received no response and I've tried contacting Foxglove Fiberarts Supply and they also did not respond! This is particularly distressing as this was a gift for my Mother.
